  The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way. Room are spacious with a large bathroom. The guest house is on the 3th floor of a old nice building. It is really nice and you will have the feeling to be in house more than a Hotel. It is safe and well located. Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!). Avoid any restaurants near the Piazza, the food is awful and over priced, instead opt for the cafes/restaurants located down the side streets near the hotel - you won't be disappointed. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy.   We stayed here for 10 days it became our home away from home. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and also comfortable. Lu made our stay memorable.
