  Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to relaxing areas. Food is brilliant in the restaurant. I celebrated my 21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of charge! And the room was perfect - so huge and very comforting. Location isn't bad especially considering it's so close to the Termini metro sta... what people say » tion but it doesn't feel very centrally located so you need to train it most places. Loved the hotel overall though! Staff = brilliant. Make you feel - I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new. The staff were charming and helpful and the location was great. We walked to every llandmark.... No need for taxis!

I am particularly happy with the porter. He has very good experience and good recommendation for us throughout the trip.   The room was fantastic and the staff were friendly and very helpful - Rooms should be re-fresh to maintain the 5 stars ! Rooms in front of themain station are too nuisy !
