  Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill.   The room was impeccably clean! We stayed 7 nights and each day we returned to the room after a long day of sightseeing, the room was perfectly cleaned, bed made, fresh towels. Every morning breakfast was delivered to our room. Hotel owner was a lovely, elderly lady who couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful (she even gave us a wake up call at 04:15 on day of departure and ordered taxi transfer to Termini for us).

The hotel is close to trendy eating areas, the historical sights and local transport. The staff were courteous and helpful, easily the best of the 3 hotels in Italy in which I stayed. I don't think it mattered that there wasn't a breakfast option; I bought excellent coffee, pastry and a piece of fresh fruit for 3 euro from a snack bar 2 doors away.

There are also a number or good restaurants of all prices very near, within 10 minutes walking at a leisurely pace. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving tips on how to get into the Colosseum and Roman Forum without waiting 4 hours
