My husband and I stayed here three nights during our visit to Rome. Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!). Wonderful place, felt like home, Irina is extremely friendly, I stayed alone for 4 nights, the location is excellent, a two minute walk from Saint Peter's Square and a three minute walk from San Pietro's Train Station. Breakfast is open all day so you can basically wake up whenever you want! Loved it.

It's the second time we stayed at the BandB and it was great. We had a room with a Jacuzzi and breakfast was served in the room. We could even leave our luggages for few hours after check out. Staff were excellent - we were there for a concert and they even arranged a private car at a very reasonable rate, to bring us to the Stadio Olympico.
Breakfast vouchers came as part of the package for the cafe down the road which wasn't spectacular but nonetheless welcome each morning for a juice, coffee and pastry.
The location is perfectly placed for all the nightlife and restaurants of Trastevere.

We loved that this area was where the locals lived as the restaurants were so much better and cheaper than in the city circle. - Everything was perfect from the start at this little hotel, although I don't know if calling it a hotel if accurate, as it's more like having your own apartment. It was within walking distance of everything in the city, very clean and stylish, and Valentina was very helpful and friendly to us. Although you don't have the same facilities as in a regular hotel, I think it's a perfect place to stay and discover Rome.

Apartments are in good condition. Location is just next door to Vatican museum, 5 minutes to Metro line A, and generally Rome center is not big, you can get easily to any main location by foot.

The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.
