  Room with bathroom in four rooms suite right next to Roma Termini. The room was clean, bathroom with hairdryer, bidet, shower, soap and shower gel. Every day they clean the room and change towels if desired (left on the floor). Street ambience is slightly dubious, being right next to the station, but I had no problem with the 5 days we were there.... what people say » The apartment is relatively close to the center of Rome - Colloseum, about 20 min walk. In the lobby there is a stand with a large umbrella and durab - - very clean, new facilities - good location close to the metro station - very helpful host Emanuele One might get a bit uncomfortable with "train station" ambience, but it's absolutely safe. We were coming back late a night and everything was fine. Overall it's an excellent option to stay in Rome. good value for money!

  My mother and I just returned from our 5 days stay in Rome and we would definitely recommend this wonderful B&B to everyone. The location of the B&B is perfect and can be reached easily with the Bus Nr.40 from Termini Station in approx. 10min. It's right in the middle of the ancient heart of Rome, within easy walking distance to all world-... what people say » famous sights (heading north: Castel Saint'Angelo, 5min /east: Pantheon, 10min /south: Colosseo, 25min /west: Vatican, 10min). We stayed in room Nr. 7 - Anita and Marcello were excellent hosts. We arrived a little early from the airport and our room was not ready. A very nice breakfast was provided even though it was after the 10 am ending time for breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless and had a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast food was great, an array of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and pastries, all served in a delightful room looking out over the city.   The location was within 1 block of St. Peters Square - you couldn't be any closer. The history of the area and the rest of the city is overwhelming. You ask "am I really here"? Fabio was very personable and gave us recommendations of where to eat that were close to the hotel as well as how to get to the sites. The bathroom was large with a rainforest sh - The location was absolutely perfect for access to St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. Fabio, Alexandra, and Daniel each went out of their way every day to make our stay special. The room was very well appointed and absolutely sparkling clean. We were so impressed with the service that we extended an additional day and our next trip to Rome absolutely will be to the your hotel. Thanks, Rudi for a special place.

The hotel owner and staff e - Really friendly and helpful staff that were always willing to go the extra mile. We were given lot's of great recommendations for restaurants and places to go upon our arrival. We were also able to use their computer and printer to print out our tickets to the Vatican. Very clean spacious and modern rooms, beds and towels changed daily if required. Also a great location close to the metro just 2 stops from Termini station. Overall a really lovely place with very friendly staff!!!

  What an amazing hotel! Very friendly owner who was knowledgeable and helpful. Although the area was a little rough around the edges, it was always pretty busy and as 2 girls travelling together, always felt safe. Also, there is a huge door on the street which once you were inside made you feel extra secure, so would recommend highly to any females... what people say » travelling either alone or as a group. Really comfortable beds, we had the best view of outside as we were on the corner. Excellent aircon which was - Although it is said that this part of Rome is not so safe, the location of the hotel was perfect. Not for one moment we felt unsafe. It's a 15 minute walk to the ancient centre of Rome and Termini station. Metro station, right under the hotel. Friendly staff, spacious and very clean room. Good typical Italian breakfast, deliverd to your room.

  We stayed at 305 via delle Fornaci. I think there are a number of different aparments so I can't comment on all. We couldn't believe what a fabulous place it was within walking distance of the Vatican City. We had a car and we were able to park it in a very secure fashion. There was even a washing machine. The grocery store was 2 blocks away.... what people say » Excellent - We stayed at 'Giulio Cesare'. It is in a great location right outside a metro station and only 5 mins walk to Vatican City, there are a good choice of restaurants about and the neighbourhood was safe. The apartment is small but was very clean.

  Staff are very friendly and helpful. Memory foam mattress bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in! Rooms are spacious with Sky Italia, good WIFI, an espresso maker which we used every morning with the complimentary biscuits. This isnt a hotel as such but a number of rooms in a building beside the pantheon. We found this was great as any other hotel facilit - The location is perfect, just off the Pantheon and within walking distance of Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain. Despite being in the middle of the old city, the hotel is in a quiet street and you cannot hear any noise from the rooms. There are only 6 rooms (each named after a Roman god). The room itself is not big, but luxurious and spotlessly clean. My boyfriend and I loved staying here. The staff were very cheerful and friendly too.
