  We had a lovely stay at the Room 4 Rome apartments. We had room 2 which over looked the Court Yard. The room was very clean and staff very friendly. It was amazingly close to the Vatican and a metro station was just around the corner. Our shower was fantastic just right after a long day exploring the city. We had a Italian style breakfast which... what people say » was enough to get us going. It is not your full english breakfast but we didnt go to Rome to get that. We had no problem with the Wi Fi. Taxis are ju - Very friendly staff. The lady that was to come and serve the continental breakfast did not show up and the land lord called to tell us he would take care of our personal expense for food. That was going above and beyond.

  Great location! Very close to public transportation, within a 30 minute walk of major tourist venues, and VERY convenient to the Vatican. Due to airline issues beyond our control we came in MUCH later than check in and the owner accommodated that which we really appreciated. This B&B had an elevator so we did not have to carry our luggage up ... what people say » 60 steps. They held our luggage for us after we checked out. - It's wonderful place to spend a few days in Rome. Excellent location. Clean and pleasant rooms. Very frendly and helpful staff. I strongly recommend.

  It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you.   I liked the staff who was very kind and helpful. I also liked the tidiness of the rooms and the cozy atmosphere reflected by them. Two other positive things are the restaurant which is right across the hotel and the nearby hypermarket. Also, from the position where the hotel is situated you can easily reach by foot all the important sights of Rome... what people say » ! Enjoy it!!! - A small hotel (B&B) located very close to the main railway station and hence convenient for getting around all the tourist spots. The free WiFi is a must these days and the included breakfasts much appreciated. The lack of dining facilities for evening meals was not a problem as there were several good restaurants very close by.

  Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in. The day of departure we called manager to ask about a possibility to leave our luggage and because we were with small kids they allowed to stay until... what people say » the evening without additional charge.
