  We loved staying at the Five Oscars Inn. Massimo was a great host, from arranging the car to and from the airport and helping us navigate the city. The location is perfect and in easy walking distance to all the sights including the Coliseum, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. We were arriving very late and he arranged a car for our trip which was a very good advice indeed! His recommendations for the restaurants are stellar. We were running a marathon on Sunday and he even prepared us breakfast in our room so we could have it earlier than when the restraurant openned. He is really a great host! 2.   A family of four with kids 4 and 7 yo, we were looking for a long weekend in Rome. Rome hotel prices are generally quite high but this one was quite reasonable. We had a suite with a queen and two bunk beds, along with a kitchenette. It was very clean and came with a basic 'continental' breakfast. The owner of the hotel Alberto is a very nice person who was very responsive to our requests and always ready to help, very lively and friendly person. The breakfast in the hotel was generous enough. To sum it up, this hotel is a good deal for money paid, i would definitely recommend it to stay at. - Honestly this hotel was not like I expected. Close to the station & within walking distance to many of the sites if you chose or you can catch one of the many means of transport available right near your door.   Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city. The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying. I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need. The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.
