The hotel was clean and I particularly liked the bathroom with heated
towel bars. The staff were very friendly. We only talked to them in
Italian, so I'm not sure if they can serve tourists in English. They
answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets
for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board).

This was a great place to stay in Rome! The staff was very helpful and informative. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a nice size bathroom. We were surprised by how quiet the place was given the lively weekend nightlife in Trastevere.

I studied lots of B&Bs and spent weeks reading various reviews. The
Relais Casa Della Fornarina exceeded our expectations. Large and quiet
room. Very clean. Vouchers for a full American breakfast which we
didn't get at any other B&B we stayed at. Walking distance to
everything in Trastevere. Just don't judge a book by it's cover
and how it looks from the outside. A+++ in my book.

The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great
especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice

the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked
run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was nothing negative

Had chosen this hotel from the reviews read here and was very impressed with the Hotel. Its about a 10 minute walk from the Roma Termini (which feels long with luggage) but very conveniently located with good bus connections to the entire city. Looking at the hotel building from outside, and going up an ancient elevator, we were a little apprehensive of our choice. But the moment Thomas let us into the hotel, it was a revelation.
