  Staff was very helpfull. Breakfast had a lot of variety and a good way to start the day. Hotel just steps from Metro and buses. Rome was very easy to navigate with public transportation - Roof top terrace and staff were excellant, had stayed here before,excellant location for sightseeing.

  Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. I highly recommend to everybody... what people say » ! - The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

  Our guy Andrea was fantastic. He met us when we arrived and was very thorough in describing how to get around the city. He helped us make reservations at the Borghese, found a bus route for us, and recommended a hike we thought was great. We would recommend to others. - The B&B was in a fantastic location! It was only a 1 minute walk away from the Vatican! Bus stop right outside your door and taxi rank too for travel from and to the airports! Andrea the owner is brilliant! Gives so much information and was extremely helpful when we arrived. The rooms are very nice and clean and the B&B is located in a quiet area, so there are no street noices that disturb. The B&B is conveniently located close to the Vatican and also to the metro/subway, from where the whole of Rome is easily reached. Breakfast is home made, with fresh cakes, good coffee and fruit juices. The B&B has Wifi and every room has TV as well.
