  This place is on the first floor of an apartment building on the Viale Dell Arte - a main road in the Eur district. Being unable to stay at my usual hotel, I chose this place because it was quite close to where I was working and very reasonabble price (about half what I usually pay). Because of the price I had no real expectations of it. Howver... what people say » , when I arrived Andreas was excellent - very customer focused and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and although not huge, it had everything - Really nice place, not exactly in the center but close to the metro station. Very friendly staff. Reasonable price for reasonable comfort.

I would recommend this hotel to everybody . - Loved the decoration, the rooms were very modern, well furnished and clean. The location is not as close to vatican as announced, and no close to metro, but the bedrooms were really worth it and had such a fare price. The staff was really friendly although they don't stay in the place, and sometimes you have to call them, but still very friendly.

  Thanx to other opinions I knew that check-in is situated in another hotel (Piram) and hadn't no problems. The room was clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. Hotel is situated very close to the Termini station, so there are no problems with reaching of the centre of the city on foot or with metro or bus. Besides with own key you may return f... what people say » reely as late as you like. - Very nice location two steps away from Termini station, besides we could reach on foot the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money!

  Location was so convenient. We walked everywhere. Loved being near Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and thoughtfulness. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks at no extra cost. Bed was the most comfortable we have found anywhere in our trave... what people say » ls. Very clean and nice linen. The room was so quiet it was hard to believe we were in a big city. Best of all were the hosts, Marco and Emiliano. The - The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time. Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety box

  We staied in this hotel during 5 days. We fast found it, due to previsoly looked trought internet and feedbacks from other people, that the hotel is based on 5th floor in the building. The staff is perfect. The brekfast is ok, tea, coffe, 2 cornetto, jam, bred, jus ( not real). I would reccomend just to add some ham and cheese. Incl breakfast delivered to your room and it is very clean with nice air conditioner! Just a short walk from the room is where you can catch a bus that takes you in one shot to downtown Rome. Very convenient. Getting there from the airport is a bit more tricky but not too bad.

  Very close to the Policlinco Metro Station. Modern style old lift. Palace feel hotel at the 4th floor (Top floor) of the old residential building in Rome.
