  The location of the hotel was perfect. Right by Vatican and the subway is close by so it only takes 10 mins to get to coliseum. Staff of the hotel was extremely nice. They told us where to go, what's close by, they also can book tours for you and provide you with all info you need.   The hotel exceeded my expectation. It is in a safe location, actually right opposite the Vatican by the entrance side. The other tourist attractions are walkable but if you are not fit like me, public transportation is nearby. The rooms were clean, modern cozy, very spacious by American standards and the shower pressure was adjustable ( love that)... what people say » .   visited Rome seightseeing with the bus - The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all spoke english anddidnt mind answering any questions. Rooms were not huge but you arent inthem all that much anyway. Very close to the metro and Termini. Veryclean and also close to a local grocery store where you can get goodpriced wine and refreshments.

Sam and the rest of the staff were very attentive. Local information was easy to obtain as all the staff spoke very good English.
