It is very close to Termini Station (less than 3 minutes walking). If you are traveling to Ciampino Airport this will be very convinient (buses to Ciampino departs from Termini Station).
No need to pay more to stay close to the Colisseum or Vatican City, the Metro will take you there or you can walk, you will have something to spot every two blocks!

Great location. Informal. Friendly. Hands-off. Nice clean room. Would
definitely stay there again. It maybe wouldn't be suitable to the
fussy pain in the ass traveller who can't cope without being fussed
over themselves. Maybe younger people would like it more than older
people. Personally I thought it was great and will stay there next time
