  Our first taste of Europe 14th June 2013 before our tour started 17June was staying at this Hotel , what a wonderful start to our holiday the staff amazing hotel beautiful location fabulous . More of a boutique hotel at very reasonable rates. breakfast is included & an excellent buffet with hot & cold offerings in an indoor or outdoor seating choice. Classy yet informal. Exceptional staff dedicated to customer satisfaction.

  The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of Rome just a few steps from the Parliament. The staff was extremely welcoming and assisted us with everything we needed (directions, restaurants [Gino’s was fantastic!], and the private chauffeur). The staff gave my husband and I a bottle of champagne for our 11-year anniversary and eve - Extremely helpful and friendly staff made our stay memorable. Close enough to walk to all of the major tourist attractions. Clean comfortable room with great shower facility a plus after a days sightseeing. Private airport transfer they arranged was by a mercedes and was only 7 euros more than an airport taxi, well worth it. The rest of Jonathan, Simona and Constantin's help and recomendations were just as good.

It was our first time in Italy, and Alessandra and her husband made us feel at home. Before we even arrived in Italy they had provided us with excellent directions to their B&B.   The people were very nice. - The inexpensive B&B was within walking distance near Stazione Ostiense, which was great for us, since we had an overnight stay because of a flight transfer and were in the City, but also only half an hour away from the airport. There are excellent restaurants nearby in the Pyramide area.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, much more so than any larger establishment we've stayed in. Walking distance to all the major sights: only 5mins from Piazza Navona and The Pantheon. Lovely continental breakfast in the morning. They were able to arrange airport pick up / drop off which was more reasonable than a cab too.
