Fairly good location, about a 15min walk to most attractions, friendly staff and a very secure building.

The beds were a bit too hard for our liking and the fridge in the room was not cold enough, it could barely cool a bottle overnight.

good location, near Termini Station and Subway Station Republica, good position for other sites (Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Navona, Colosseum etc), clean room

Weak wi-fi signal; poor breakfast, awful coffe, (we did not had fresh coffe dayly, i am sure was reheated)

Perfect location to visit the main attractions and some incredibly helpful people are running this place. My advice for the evening -go to Trastevere.

The staff is very nice, he shows us the places to visit and how to take the transport. The location is good, only few minutes to the metro, and the train station is also 10 to 15 minutes walk. The breakfast is good too.

Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful made the holiday much easier. I'd stay again next time I'm in Rome it was an amazing city highly recommend.

The location was great. It was far enough away to avoid a lot of the noise of the city, while also being within walking distance of all the main historical/tourist sites. 5 minutes walk from the main train station (Termini.) The room was full of old-world charm, and the tub was priceless after a long day of walking. The staff were always very helpful and full of great information. Cleaning staff does an excellent job. The bread basket on the door every morning was neat, and they even gave us a special basket the night before we left with yummy packaged pastries to take with us on our trip home. Overall the place was pretty good, and the location is hard to beat at this price.

Rooms were a bit small, spa tub jets didn't work, you could hear people in the other rooms, doors were very noisy. Elevator was old and took some getting used to, but after time it isn't bad.

The receptionists were AMAZING. So helpful. The location was fab. Only a 10 min walk to the main attractions!

Dirt under bed. Wallpaper ripped and dirty. Toilet flush partly broken. Shower panel broken so would not close - indeed it fell onto one of our party. Reception was not efficient over ordering tickets and particularly a taxi of the correct size for our departure. I suspect that there was a commission arrangement between the hotel and suppliers
