We had two days in Rome and this was the perfect hotel for it. Location: Less than a 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. We were able to easily walk to the Coliseum/Roman Forum, Spanish Steps and Pantheon (and take the hop-on, hop-off bus to the Vatican). We were even able to see most sites both during the day and at night (Coliseum and Trevi are especially impressive at night). The shopping and restaurants near Trevi Fountain were great. We especially liked being able to site-see during the day, walk back to the hotel for a couple hours and then go back out to eat dinner. Safe: The neighborhood is in the middle of embassy district and very safe. Amenities: The fireplace and the open bar were nice for a nightcap. Room had plenty of space.

It was a little pricey, but worth the money if you want to make the most out of a short time in Rome.

The whole experience was fantastic. We felt as thought we were exclusive, within the luxurious estate, and could not fault the prompt assistance from the staff. The breakfast was superb. Recommendations by staff , including bookings for restaurants were also well managed. Our room was a Palatial size bedroom and ensuite complete with deep bath. 24 hour concierge was also a secure comfort. Highly recommended for a stay.

Everything was wonderful. The physical plant was beautiful and expertly maintained, and the staff were exceptional.
