Rooms are spacious, clean and airy. Staff very friendly, Stefan helped us buying / print tickets for Vatican Museum and with everything we needed. The accommodation is placed, max. 5 min. walk from the subway (Cipro station) and buses; 3 minutes to the Vatican Museums and for Vatican basilica 12-15 minutes. Nearby, there’s a Carrefour, 5 min. walk. Great restaurants near you, I recommend the pizza from the right side as you go down the stairs and for pasta homemade just take the right side afte. all reviews »
The owner of this B&B accom. is excellent person, always ready to help you with whatever problem you may encounter during your stay. The rest of the limited personnel has however less than basic knowledge of english, but during our stay, we did not need anything to ask for, as everything was ready at the time of our arrival and precisely explained as well.
Friendly staff and Patrizia was so helpful with advice. Modern and very clean facilities. Lovely balcony and communal area for drinks. Felt very safe. Good value for money. 3-5 minutes from Metro and entrance to Vatican. 2 minutes to fabulous ice cream shop and restaurants.
Love the host. Location was great. 2 minutes from vatican museum. Self serve expresso machine in common room. Giatto room Was perfect for family of 4. Market was close for fresh fruit. Cipro metro was easy to get to/ from with luggage.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, nice and comfortable. Only few minutes away from Vatican museum, metro. Near hotel are nice places to eat. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time.
Vaticano84 is very unique. It has facility like modern hotel and the freedom (DIY style) like youger hostel. The location is also good, nearby Vatican museum and just 5 minutes walk from subway station.
Hotel was very clean, easy to find and near the places we came to see. The staff was helpful and we felt very secure. The price was great considering how close we are to a major Rome attraction.

Really clean and modern. Situated next to the Vatican, which was pretty suitable for us. 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station. Nice restaurants in walking distance.
The rooms are clean and well equipped, would be a great base for a few days in Rome. The central location next to the Vatican is great.

Location.
The shower has somehow limited amount of hot water, so you may end up with cold shower after all, but that is not a big deal during warm days in Rome.

A little loud at times due to closeness to street running along side vatican walls. Never woke me up though.
Pillow is too soft.
The staff did not speak too well English, only Italian. The safety deposit box did not work, and we did not have wifi signal all the time.
On a main road so had to get used to traffic/moped noise but the high quality windows and shutters helped and we as a family had no trouble sleeping.
It seems to be an apartment building and the hotel is on the first
floor, but there is no reception and the staff weren't always
available (they left us their number, but we didn't have a phone!).
I bit far from central Rome, but 1 minute walk from the Vatican.
