Extremely helpful and accommodating staff - they did several on-line bookings for us for restaurants and museums etc. Nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was really good in a very small environment and the ladies were also great - a ready stream of cappuccinos and remembering what you liked from day 1 Location is stunning and rooms were really good - we had two outside terraces and sat each evening having sundowners before going out. the staff would bring extra chairs and ice to accommodate our grown up children

Excellent location close to everything our concierge (Emanuel I think??)- was brilliant, organised our transfer to airport making sure taxi had credit card and was able to suggest fantastic restaurants

Unless the spa was on the roof (and therefore not mentioned to us or in the hotel file) then picture listed (same as webpage) doesn't appear to be the hotel we chose. I actually chose the hotel based on the outdoor spa and when told about the Turkish bath - assumed this was it - that wasn't the case as the Turkish Spa is in the basement and is a steam room and sauna (which was fine)

The reception staff were very helpful, plenty of info on their city, restaurant staff also very nice and eager to please, the room was fantastic, but the hotels location has to be the very best, well done all.

ALL staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to help. Location was fantastic with walking access to not only Trevi Fountain but also other key locations.

Would have loved to not be sleeping on a sofa bed but that was our choice :-(. Even though the room was setup well to cope with the change.

We like the fact we could walk to the sight seeing sights and the Vatican was only a short ride on the metro.the hotel was lovely and clean and the saff very friendly.the lcation is extremly busy as its only steps from the trevi fountain so if you don't like crowds not for you. i would stay again if I was ever to visit rome again.

Location and once again location. Every major attraction is in 10-15 minutes walk. Stylish & new interior. Room size is surprisingly adequate (given location)

Very helpful friendly staff--great location within walking distance of major attractions in city. Never needed a bus walked everywhere. Rooms very clean & high spec. Free water & beer in fridge.

Could have done with individual kettle in room to make tea. There are coffee facilities on site as shared machine on landing but not very satisfactory but I this would not put me as I would not hesitate to stay again.

Location is excellent. Just 20m from Fontana di Trevi and walking distance to all major attractions: Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, Colloseum, Spanish Steps. Also, there is a metro station close by and from there it is only 3 stops to Vatican. Hop on/hop off buses stop 5mins walk from the hotel and there is plenty of good restaurants around. We had a 30mins massage at the hotels spa and it was great!

There is no bar in the hotel, the spa seems to be open only by appointment. I booked ours a few weeks prior but it was changed anyway as spa is closed completely on Mondays and the member of staff forgot about it while confirming our booking. The air conditioning in the room does not work well, we needed to climb the bed to switch it on and off as the wall control unit did not work. Breakfast options are limited as is the space at the breakfast area.

They are described as 'apartments' which suggests more than a room but the apartment was only a room and a bathroom There were kitchen or food prepartion facilities as I would have expected of an apartment

The hotel was excellent. Great helping, smiling staff. Very good beds, great location. All and all - very good.

As we eat no pork, it could have been nice to get some vegetables in the morning breakfast. We didn't have enough choice. Also, the rooms are too small for a family with 2 little babies.

It's right near the main street to the Trevi fountain so it's often noisy and busy mostly in the daytime and early evening but it was a great location so you have to take that into consideration.

Literally steps from Trevino Fountain means that the door opens onto a very crowded(though small) street that is packed with tourists and a gauntlet of aggressive street vendors/hustlers. Also- we had a junior suite which included a loft with a decently comfortable bed reached by very steep stairs and a pull-out for the teenagers that was very uncomfortable. Tiniest corner shower we've ever encountered- including anywhere else in Europe, but still, it was a shower.

It is very central, all major monuments can be reached on foot. Very nice balcony that can be used for relaxing. Breakfast was included.

The location is excellent a minutes walk to the Trevi fountain continue down the street for less than 10 minutes and you arrive at the Pantheon. I would recommend purely on location.

I booked a junior suite which looked great on the website, but there were different versions of this in reality and my kids were massively disappointed with the room having expected a duplex type set up as shown on your website, this sucked big style.

The position,in the centre of all the sightseeing meant the main points of interest,such as Trevino Fountain,Spanish Steps,Colosseum were all walking distance.

Excellent location, really lovely building and very high standard of accommodation in respect of furnishings, bedding etc. Really great breakfast every day.

We booked a junior suite, the room was very small and would be considered a small double let alone a suite of any kind, it had no other facilities. I requested a larger room as I was very disappointed having booked this for a special occasion, despite requesting this twice nothing was done.

Our 1st night the room had intermittent electricity, no working phone, no wifi, & was incredibly noisy all night long. We asked management for compensation but they ignored all our requests. They did change the room the 2nd night. Management couldn't care less about our comfort & we had booked 3 rooms for 3 days!
