When we booked That's Rome on line we had no idea what we were in for. We went strictly on the reviews we found. We were not disappointed! This is a small family run B&B that offers GREAT value for money, fantastic security, and within a 5 minute walk from Rome Termini! We were in an apartment that offers 3 rooms with a shared bath. The room we were in and the bathroom looked newly renovated/decorated. It was very clean, beds were comfy, with tea/coffee/bottled water in the room. The owners. all reviews »
A very clean, nicely decorated place to stay away from the street noise. The owners are super friendly and we didn't have any problems communicating in spite of the fact that their English wasn't that great.
Even though breakfast wasn't big enough for me, it was homemade and tasting really delicious!
It's very close to the Termini Station and if you like walking, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Colosseum and about 30 minutes to Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish Steps.

Great location with friendly management. The room is very clean and services are excellent. There are several days where we booked some local tours and we thought we are going to miss the breakfast. The owner is very thoughtful, they have prepared some food in advance the night before we are on tour. It was an amazing breakfast with different varieties everyday. The stay in That's Rome is perfect and I will surely recommend my friends to stay there.
Very very clean ,safe and extremely comfortable. Friendly ,helpful host but left us alone to come and go as we pleased. For us it was a perfect location, a walk out of town but not far from terminal and metro.
Really nice people working there. The room was kept incredibly clean. Although the breakfast isn't very large it is a good deal. We even requested gluten free breakfast.

The only downside is the location. It's close to the train station like many other hostels and hotels but the area isn't the best in Rome.

You have not a slightest responsibility to your guest at all, No Service, you must not be absent from your guest when they had an appointment with you before hand, Having informed you that we will be back to collect our luggage at 11:00am on the day of our departure, we will lock out and no way to contact Ms Jade or your mom, Can you imagine how stressfull ?.
