Good service from Massimo, very helpful. Good location-can see Vatican from the window with a good ice-cream shop downstairs.

The first day with no cleaning of the room-maybe due to one of my frds in the room during the cleaning period-but she shud ask.

The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. The suite did have a door so as two couples, we could each have a room. Although one was in bunk beds. There was a small kitchen area and sitting table. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast was included. Simple but helpful. The air conditioner broke, so they brought us a fan that night and had it replaced the next day. There was an elevator, too.

The language barrier was a little difficult. The owner speaks English but he is not always around. Also it was very hot the first two nights because the a/c unit didn't work properly. Other than that, all was great!

Massimo..is fantastic...we managed to understand each other....great location...have stayed here twice and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room is very nice, and even has a fridge in the bedroom. And even a medical kit box is provided for accient injuries, which is very good. Downstairs there is a very famous icecream shop which provide very nice and price reasonale icecream. The location is very good just close to vantica city. The owner can provide airport pickup service.

The breakfast is not good enough, wish to have more fresh stuff to provide. And the owner's English is not very good, cant provide you too much information of travelling in Rome.

This place was awesome. The owners were very accommodating, it was a great value for the money, super close to everything. You just can't go wrong if u stay here. Very impressed.

perfect location, ice cream shop beside entrance was very handy as the weather was hot. metro just few minutes from the b&b. vaticans museum and vatican it self just 2 min walk as the b&b entrance facing vaticans walls.

birds at apartments beside, wake me up every morning at 5:30am. too many tourists, mass of people. beer served at 0.4 ml glass or 1ltr. glass.

Location! Right beside the Vatican Wall. The room is quaint & homey. Breakfast in dining area was generous.

Check out at 10:30am was a little too early. Normally expect checkout at 12nn. Could have gone out and return to room to freshen up before leaving.

I like the comfortable bed, the caretaker Massimo. He was very kind and helpful, and the location.

The shower was a bit too small.

The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was great and made sure everything ran smoothly at the b and B. Why are people pointing out he doesn't speak English?! He's Italian ... it's Rome ... When in Rome etc ..... All in all this place is a real bargain.

It's right next to the Vatican. The Ice Cream place downstairs is delicious.

Only cockies and Cereal for breakfast. The Owner isn't very help full. And there's nothing romantic about the place.
