Breakfast is basic with cake & coffee. But its ok for the low price. Its a bit difficult to spot as it has no explicit board outside which says "Roma balance". So we found No23 and assumed we were at the wrong place and went around asking till we returned and found the "B&B Roma balance" name tag on the security door!. lack of good light devices for reading in the evenings. (-) Electrical fuse switched off several times when I tried to dry my hair. Do not bring electrical devices with high power consumption. Room was quite small, poor breakfast menu. The internet connection has some instability. Poor breakfast. just coffee and croissant was breakfast, small room and very small bath room, very noisy because of its location,poor aik conditioner,no elevator. shower head needed descaling but this was a very minor fault. there is no hot water in the bath, and we should go to the public bathroom to have shower. Our room faced the street, which was noisy even with windows closed, while the air-cooler cut in like a noisy fridge. We had a room with the windows directed to the main street - so it was a little bit noisy in the mornings.But for short stay is it not a problem but small inconvenience. Noise levels, room facilities, no breakfast, unpleasant smell. poor cleanliness.conjested tiny toilet .never cleaned our room during our 3 days stay.never changed bed sheets. had to ask twice for towels and toilet tissue. poor breakfast.owner was not available during check out. No hotel board or sign to find outside.disappointed. I don't know why but it happened (3 times) that other guests tried to open the door of my room! I also had to ask for towels and the receipt when I paid. surrounding area hotel rooms shower toilet too much noise very disturbing smells no sign of the hotel.
