We enjoyed very much the apartment, it had everything we needed: good design, clean and very central. We arrived by car and the staff informed us where to park the car without being fined, as the area has restrictions for the circulation of the cars. By the way, in our case the closest paking was the Ludovisi paking, on Via Ludovisi (we stayed in the Margutta apartment). Via Margutta is a quiet, narrow street full of charm. We would strongly recommend Lunetta apartments.

The agency had paid attention to every aspect of our stay: the transport to the flat from the airport; the assistance on sight and all the necessary information for travelers; the apartment was beautiful and clean and really central. As an exprienced business traveler, I can recommend this hotel with no hesitations, particularly for families. We stayed in the three bedrooms apartment and it was really huge, stylish and clean. The price was a real bargain as we've never been so lucky before to have such a big apartment and central apartment for this money. We've been traveling in many European Capitals renting apartments and this was by far the best apartment we had. Thanks also to all the staff for the support we received. The apartment was exactly as described on letsbookhotel.com and it had everything we needed, so we are fully satisfied. The staff was very helpful and recommended us a very good restaurant in Trastevere, no more than 10 min. walk from our place; we had a delicious and not expensive dinner there. So we enjoyed everything and our only regret is that our stay was too short :-). The apartment was in a great area, close to everything and we had a fabulous time. We would stay there again. Thr only negstives were -The apartment was dark in areas and the front room was noisy from street noise. The air conditioning was very noisy. We could live with these and it wouldn't stop us from staying there again. We were very satisfied by the accommodation as we found it convenient, clean, tidy and as described, probably it was even beyond our expectations. The staff was vey supportive and always gave us prompt and precise responses. All in all it was a very positive experience and we would definitely recommend it!. Great central location. A few minutes walk to Pantheon, Piazza de Spaga, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Coliseum, Vatican City and even Villa Borghese can be reached by foot. Apartment is nice and clean, same as the entire building. All that you need for comfortable living. The apartment was spacious, clean and decorated in the traditional style. We loved the two bedroom space and having a good fridge and washing machine. The location was perfect. localisation. Rented a studio on the upper floor and had to drag alone our heavy suitcases. No elevator. Other than that - no complaints. Only down side - no bath!. Nothing. Nothing. Do not have any negative feedback :-). Location does not have wifi! I didn't read description close enough but was still amazed that in this day and age there would be no wifi!. Nothing. Shower was very small and the water flooded because drain was not efficient. The high and narrow stair. limited linens (thin towels, no hand towels or wash cloths), no soap and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 6 person appt for 5 night stay, also not enough blankets as it was cold and we did not have permission to change thermastat. Not dryer and too expensive. The apartment smelt like the toilet brushes looked. Apartment had an 'unfriendly' smell like sewage through it. Internet only worked in the lounge area all other areas did not have coverage. Not really suitable for small children as they can only sleep down the other end of the apartment away from the main bedroom. Only two thin blankets for entire apartment. Expected made up beds. We found the shower/bathroom impossible to move in. You basically have to get dressed over a toilet. Basic items were missing. Ie kettle, toaster, a tea towel to dry dishes, bath math and hand towel. Despite the email that I sent on how to go about getting the keys to the apartment, we didn't receive any advice. Please take note of the apartment's contact number - call them immediately upon arrival at the airport. Washing machine is not working, and for WI-FI you have to pay an extra 5 EUR. Lastly, the apartment is not recommendable if you're travelling with senior people - the apartment we got is located on the 4th floor and there are no elevators. No Wi-fi. The location instructions were abysmal. The eventual contact was rude and unhelpful leading to stress and extra costs. Resolving this issue has so far been unsatisfactory. See separate email. The cleanliness... or the lack of it... Slightly tricky to find. No English TV. Toiletries and a bit of coffee/milk would have been nice. Shower needs resealling urgently!. The lack elevator in the building. We had to wait outside for 1 hour because nobody was showing up. Nobody answered the phone and we even called Booking because we were ready to stay somewhere else. As there is an appartment, there is no reception. Finally they showed up. 1. Dirty.Apartments were badly cleaned. 2. There was no microwave and panel from the conditioner. It was necessary to force to bring. 3. Within 8 days the bed linen didn't change 4.On beds there were dirty plaids 5.There was no safe, even in lease for additional money 6.It is visible that the owner saves on everything, for example hangers in a case were from a thin wire, from a dry-cleaner. The pictures online were not of the property we stayed at. A total misrepresentation. A sham. problems with bathroom (sinking water), smell in the kitchen.
