24 hours reception, metro and night bus station nearby. Close proximity to a Metro stop, less than 500 meters. Helpful staff with local travel/route questions. Clean environment. Breakfast included in price. Comfortable beds with Air conditioning. This is not a 5 star hotel, but for the money is exceptionaly nice and sufficient.Friendly staff. Clean, functional room / services / facilities. Very good access to the local subway and buses. Local restuarant "Cartoon" was superb. Cheap cold mineral water was also available in a vending machine in the reception area. Close proximity to Metro, local shops and cafés. This is probably the cheapest hotel in Rome and the best value for money. I don't see how anyone could complain. It was basic but clean and I waould go back anytime with the same people.Compared to other hotels I have stayed in Rome, the room is spacious. Although the service is nothing but basic, the price is fair. The staff on reception were excellent and we also liked the 24 hour service desk with electronic entrance/exit doors. Staff on reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Near Metro station. The hotel is quite near to the Metro station and could be reached from Termini very easily. The staff was quite helpful and gave all the information when asked.the price of the rooms are very reasonable and it is a great value for money. It is a very popular hostel especially for the young, there is bar, small swimming pool, etc, like its description. We are busy with the city tour for the day, so tired to enjoy them after back to hostel. The staff at the reception desk was kind and helpful, the room wasclean, 300 meters far away from the metro station. Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. It would be nice to have facility for making tea/coffee in the room. The price and the location. It was very close to the metro station and easily accessible by metro. Helpful staff, easy access (metro), price. easy access 24 hr. helpful staff on desk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was big and so clean,. Silence. Easy access from airport (take the regional fr1 train, which is cheaper,to Tuscolana train station, than walk 500metres to the left and youappear at the line a Ponte Lungo metro station, 10 miuntes by subway toGiulio Agricola) and to center by subway (it goes untill 10pm, afterthat there is bus which replaces the subway) Non-touristic location withgreat restaurant prices. Great receptionist!. Very nice location for Campignio Airport, Excellent for subway, buses and far enough from Rome to savour the delights of the surrounding areas. The room was basic but sufficient. The staff where very helpful with maps and directions. It was university accomodation but was perfectly acceptable.Big rooms, huge bathroom with excellent power shower. Staff were very helpful although not all seemed to know what they were doing. The staff there are very friendly and it is pretty much an alive surrounding.Daily housekeeping. Staff members were excellent and very helpful. We had to leave very early in the morning for an excursion and were missing breakfast. They offered to box everything for us so we could take it along. I was impressed.Staff was helpfull, but room was dirty for first night. I have find half botle of wine on the box from previus guest. Shower room is good and room is big. Metro is ~7 min from hotel -nice. It is very close to Metro Station, line A, 20 minutes from city centre, at night available night bus.Cleanliness of the room. It is airconditioned. - price. Is a university halls, so honest information about taxi vs train prices to airport, rather than sell their own transport service. easy accessed by metro to get into the city centre. near to local-used restaurants, which were good value for money and had great atmospheres. the location near the metro/public transportation. Quiet. Nothing, I guess the one good thing was the price but I would have paid more to stay in a real hotel.Easy access to city centre and sightseeing by public transport. round the clock reception, the young staff was very helpful. It would have been ok, if the room have costed about 30 EUR in my opinion. It was a university dormatory. If I was a student I would like this room. 500 metres from metro station (giulio agricola). Not much. the breakfast wasnt very good, only packaged croussants and cake with some cornflakes, milk and weak coffee. I think a small refrigerator would be helpful. Far from centre, but nearby a metro station. a bit far from the center, but there's a subway stop nearby. Noisy street, no fridge, small tv. The appearance of neighboring areas were ridden with gang graffiti which is common in Rome. However, staff and personal experiences with the locals was without any problems. Breakfast was a bit disorganised. The website could be a bit more honest about the decor / rooms etc. The breakfast. They ran out of bread and butter with an hour of breakfast time still to go. Rather disappointing. Internet on request on reception. Basic room. Very basic breakfast.Though the rooms were very clean but they did not clean the rooms everyday.probably they can give more information pro-actively for people who is visiting Rome for the first time instead of just giving the information when asked for. The reception crew is always very busy but helpful. It is need for the customers to get the coverlet and pillowslips from the reception when check-in and put them by self.It is a youth hostel!! There were studens in most of the rooms who wereextremly noisy, they shouted on the corridor, disturbed everyone whowanted to sleep. The breakfast was very poor: bread and butter and alittle jam, no cheese, no ham or bacon, or egg!!. Breakfast! It was shabbily organized and was hardly edible! That is something they should certainly work on!. Everything was OK. uncomfortable mattresses. Shower drained very slowly and towels were of so so quality. teh tv was not working. Two single sheet on a double bed. There is no wireless internet in the room, what is written here is nottrue. Brekafast is very poor, but I recommend you to skip it and gooutside to one of many cafes and have very pleasant breakfast for twofor about 4 euros (2 cofees and 2 great cakes). The room is verybasically furnished, but for only overnight stay is sufficient. Takeyour own towels :). The only thing lacking was the breakfast, although sufficient I feel that by spending no more money the fare could have been better. Bread not too fresh but on the whole okay. location was a bit out of town, but east enough to get to metro and there were places around, my last night it got very noisy from the neighbours...I put this down to the fact that the hotel is part of the residence for the university!. The bed is too hard. The hotelroom had only, a bed, television and a study table. Futhermore the room was empty, the walls were white, no paintings or anything of that kind! But for the price we paid near to the metrostation that will bring you in 15minutes to Termini. Perfect!. I think it should be specified that this is really a university residence. I'm not sure if it's clear enough in your description and so people arriving could be in for a real surprise. Poor breakfast.I find the hotel far from the center. It is a 10minutes walk going toGiulio Agricola Metro Station, then from there it would take 15-20minutes to reach the center. The breakfast does not include any choicesaside from usual bread and butter/spread. They do not accept creditcards upon check-out. - very, very poor breakfast. Braekfast. the towels were thin, changed daily, although not replaced with 2 large and 2 small the 2nd day, and we had to get them from reception on the 3rd. Breakfast was simple, not much in the way of variety, cornflakes, sliced bread and jam, but plenty of it, along with coffee, tea, juice and water.Big noise level from nearly playground (by night). the price was too expensive but everythings is expensive in Rom. Breakfast. It is not a hotel, it is more of a hostel. Traffic noise is very loud and when it did get quiet there was a loud whining noise from an electrical transformer or machine that was continuous.Room very basic, website did not mention that it was a students hall of residence. 1 chair? in a room that could accommodate 3 people 0 comfort. Breakfast was terrible, cold coffee, soggy cerial, what tasted like long life milk, prepacked sticky croisant and prepacked toast. Did not bother going down on the second morning, very disappointing. too noisy, very poor breakfast, they don't clean the floor; too far away from the historical part of the town;. cleanliness of my room. No parking, room was not clean or comfortable. Breakfast was horrible. They have to inform clients that it is one building, half "hotel" half student residence. We have to pay in advance without checking room first.Room cleanness,in 5 days they changed our sheets once.Poorest breakfast ever had.Large room with no fridge or air-condition.Dust was there, everywhere.I believe that it is to expencive for what they offer.I recomment it to noone. Our experience with the Residence Don Bosco was quite disappointing. Not only was the breakfast (if you can call it as such) far from fresh and extensive (merely bread, souer coffee and butter) but the service was very neglective. The room was not kept clean (still dusty and dirty) and even by mentioning this to the reception, not much attention was paid to this. Not reconmendable to travellers!.
