The Hotel was awesome, very clean, well-equipped, friendly stuff and there are cameras to ensure the safety. Also the patio was a great place to relax with comortable sofas and little fountains. There is a bus stop to the center right around the corner and if you change to the tram (at Trastevere station for example or you simply get out when you see a tram station, they run like every 5 minutes) you get to the city center in 30 Minutes. We would definitely stay there again. Location is outside the city which gives you the opportunity to explore the local scene, which is much more authentic and where you don't get ripped off. Check out La Tre Zuccha restaurant around the corner - amazing:). Staff were truly amazing! Says your room gets cleaned twice a week, everyday we got back to a beautifully clean, tidy room. Once we got used to the public transport it was a superb holiday. Best advice is to get a bus that is described in the hotel book in your room to Gianicolense and then get the number 8 tram into Rome, all done in 20 mins. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough, thankyou!!. The hotel was recently designed and brand new. The price / quality balance is wonderful. The reception staff was very helpful and always smiling. The area is not touristic but a safe residential area. There is a Carrefour supermarket closeby that you buy the necessary stuff. The kitchen equipments are useful. The housekeeping is great, they clean up the room in every two days. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, and the air con was great, just a super nice hotel. And the staff do everything to help even though we were english they spoke english so there wasn't a massive language barrier. It wasn't too far away from the centre as well, just a fiteen minute walk and then the tram and it would get you straight there!. Value for Money ! Loved the Brand New Apartment , The interior was luxurious. Nice Comfy Bed and a Sofa Bed which was usefull if a friends decides to crash the night. Small Kitchen and Fridge we loved to cook our meals with ease. The Bathroom is perfect and large waterfall like shower with heating. No Complaints. The staff is warm and willing to help, and will direct you to a 400m on foot Carrefour. If U drive, it is highly recommended since the garage parking is safe and cost U just 10 euro and both Vatican and Colosseum are within 20 mins driving. For the money it was well worth it. The Staff was helpful and pleasant. I can not comment on the location. My Italian relatives lived near by so it was great for me. I will diffidently stay there on my next visit next year. The conditions were excelent and with a few exceptions the room was quiet. We stayed there for 4 nights and rented a scooter to visit Rome. It was an excelent choice! Had to pay 25 € for late arrival plus 30€ per night for a couch which was already in the room.pluas a city tax for which we coul not have an invoice. Very unfriendly staff. However this does not reflect the rest of our stay in this magnificent city. Room design. The only problem is that the buses dont really have a set schedule so sometimes you wait 2 min, on bad times you have to wait 30 minutes until the bus arrives but as you only have to get to the city in the morning and come back at night its still not so bad. my room is a bit dark and small, can not open the window. It takes around 30 mins on public transport to get into the city center but once you have figured it out it is very simple:). No cons. Everything is wonderful, there are no negative points. I only suggest you to prefer the rooms with a patio (balcony). I am making this explanation as the rooms with balcony seems rather smaller at the photos on this site, but they are more confortable and have a fresher living space in real. :). Just finding it initially was really difficult and stressful, but once you got there it was easy enough. I'd avoid getting any buses they're cramped and horrible! But the walk from the tram is about fifteen twenty minutes which was annoying with a suitcase. Wish it was more closer to the City Centre, overall we had a perfect stay. I didn't like that the WiFi didn't work till the last week that I was there. What I think was the owner finally took care of the problem when I brought it to her attention. My next visit, if I have a problem I will remember to talk to her right away. There is nothing we didn't like!. Bad location. There's no restaurants other than cheap pizzeria around. It takes 20 minutes of walking in a ghetto to get to the tramway. Nothing we were unhappy with. I had a precise reason to be in that area and the location was perfect for me. However, for tourism, the distance from the center and the uneasy public transport for the center may be a problem. The only thing. Location isn't quite good for those who have no car (and the hotel has its own parking). We've been getting to the city centre (Piazza Venezia) in about an hour by two means: bus and tram. Just a little bit out of the centre of Rome but transport options were plentiful. THeir location is not convinient if you want visit the Roma's attractions. the bus stop is a little bit strange(the name of the road +name of stop) and there is no announcement or indication of the stop.so we had to ask other passager for help. located far from center. Too difficult to get to city centre. Having to wait for a bus for 1 hour to get home after walking all day was not an ideal way to finish the day. Staff could be a little more helpful also. Not many nice restaurants in the area. Location (too far away from center) and surroundings. Area is very dirty, to get to heart of Rome you need to change transport. Staff don't speak english Need to find manager to check-in/check out (call + waiting).
