It was in an excellent location. The room was spacious and delivered as promised from the website. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating in every respect.

Pretty difficult to find when you first arrive - buzzer on the wall andenter through some large doors on the street up a lift to the secondfloor - breakfast ok nothing special but fresh and nice enough
We liked the size / decor of the room. Children particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi bath ! Excellent location and staff very helpful - we definitely would stay again.

It is not easy to find walking on the street. It is on the second floor with only a small sign posted nearby a doorway which looks nothing like an entrance to a hotel. This could be made more clear by booking.com and on the pantheon inn website.
All staff were impeccable - extremely friendly and helpful, they couldn't have done anything more for us, thank you so much for making our stay a memorable one for my wife and I. Free WiFi internet access was a great boost, and the hotel's location could not have been better! Thoroughly recommended...
The staff and location of the Pantheon Inn are fantastic. It's a quirkyhotel situated in a typical Roman block with great atmosphere and feelto it, even the 4 flights of stairs were a pleasure (there is a 'small'lift). 2 mins walk from Pantheon - it's great! You are really just renting a room, there is no bar area and limitedbreakfast facilities, however it is so close to the bars and restaurantsit hardly matters. If you do book the Pantheon Inn it is difficult torecognise as a hotel - look for the big green door with a brass plaquehigh on the right hand side.
Friendliness and efficiency of staff, especially the manager, Roberto, whose assistance with a hospital attendance was fantastic - phoned, found the correct department, made appointment, interpreted documents and medical instructions, and phoned for results of a test, also sent fax to my cardiologist, etc. Secured fixed-price taxi to airport. All with a smile.

Location, room and staff all excellent. We had a family room for 4 which was ideal for a short 3 day visit to Rome: comfortable, clean and air conditioned.

First the location was excellent, just two blocks from Piazza Novonna what I would call the cneter of the city. The rooms were great, extremely well remodeled with e great modern athroom that I would love to have in the states and magnificant decor highlighted by ornately painted ceilings. The staff wqas by far the best we encountered in two weeks of travelling.
Not really, a trifle expensive. But considering Rome probably a bargain.
The hotel is charming and in an excellent location. I will stay there again. If you're there in the more moderate seasons, ask for the room with the balcony.

Location was excellent for access to tourist sights, loved that the hotel was secretly located! Plus the fact it was only 7 bed so it made it special.
We would have liked a communal area where we could have relaxed as a group and maybe had a social drink.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I was impressed that they contacted me to arrange an airport transfer before leaving home, and everything worked like clockwork. The hotel was very central which was essential so we could walk everywhere . I would highly recommend it.

The location was excellent. We were right in the middle of the Rome and could walk to virtually all major sites within 10-15 minutes. The room was also very spacious with free internet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and knew English very well.
There was a distinct musty smell when we entered the room. Later we discovered the jacuzzi/shower leaked which would explain the moldy/musty smell. We mentioned it to the staff and don't know if anything was done about it, but it seemed from the smell that it was not a new problem. The breakfast selection was limited to breads, ham, sweets, and cereals plus coffee and juice, nothing healthy
The location was perfect and the staff was exceedingly helpful. The beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom was very modern.
The size of the room in the picture was misleading, our room was quite smaller than anticipated.

Breakfast is very basic, but there are plenty coffee-shops near-by. In one of them just next to the Panteon square -Tazza d'oro (Golden cup) - the coffee served is considered by the Romans themselves to be one of the best in the city. Try!
The best location for a walk to most sights, coffee, trattorias.. shopping.
Walls are thin like a paper, did not sleep so well, but this miraculous city wiped away this negative point. Missed fruits and yoghurt for a breakfast..

All staff spoke English, the location was very good, and the room was excellent! This is a great place to stay to see the sites - everything is within walking distance of the hotel.
On leaving we were told that the hotel's own taxi was the cheapest that could be hired at 45 euros, however it was not a licensed taxi and the fixed fare to the airport is actually 30 euros. Pressure was put on us to get this taxi even though we'd seen literature telling us only to get official Rome taxis and that there was a standard fee!
Location is perfect, we could walk to most of the ancient sites in Rome(Pantheon, Trevi Ft., Forum, Coliseum, etc.).
This is minor...it is hard to find. Look for the plaque...
