Localization - two small food shops open till 10 pm, entrance to the Metro within 3 minutes. Arrangement and design of rooms. Additional sets of dushes and cutlery for guestst. Petrarca is very spacious and very quiet. The staff at the office at SM Maggiore was very helpful and friendly. it was so clean and well maintianed when we first came, we thought we were the first occupants. the staff is extremely helpful and willing to ffullil our requests qnd even found a spot for us to dance salsa. we intend to come back on our way back home.

This is really a minor point.The only complaint i would have would be the water in the morning,there was only enought water for 1 hot shower. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment was not the nicest. not a very good shower, the hair dryer didn't work, we used the washing machine but it wouldn't open needs cler instruction how to open the door. Our keys were hard to use and there was a lot of dust under the beds. Also the showers were not good showers at all, there was no water pressure.noisy. noisy. Having to go to the apartment office first (not near the actualapartment) with the family and all of our luggage was a real pain.Apartment is listed as being the 3rd floor (and may well be), but bewarned that it is a lot of steps and there is no elevator. Shower water was very slow to drain. We were standing in dirty water. Must have been blocked.no microwave oven, the office far away from the San Pietro III appartment. The surroundings around Termini station are not very welcoming. When we arrived heating was not turned on, but it was solved quickly.One shower head faulty. Needed better ventilation. The kitchen was very little.maintenance of the room. everything was great. Too dark, no daylight. Yes, there was a crazy old woman, who lived there, and every time wearrived to the hotel, she screamed and yelled of us and didn´t let us into the apartment. It was quite scary...
