The location of this B&B is great for Rome. The 5 bed apartment has enough space for 2 adults and 3 children. The staff is friendly and helpful. They actually brought the breakfast in the mornings to the apartment and even set the table ready. The content was a bit different every day with bread, croissants, cheeses, meats, fruits etc. Very nice!. The place was a very spacious two bedroom apartment, making it great for families and groups of 3 or more. The beds were comfy and clean.The staff was extremely responsive and helped us arranged a ride to the airport while a major protest was going on. It's a decent value for your money but it does come with tradeoff.

It was not expensive, and was very well located with the metro, tram and bus connections. We recommend this apartment very much. very accessible, gambetta metro is just a few meters away. lots of cafes, bakeries and eateries nearby. close to the collesseo and other attractions.staff is very helpful, gave us a lot of tips on what and what not to do. The room is appartment, two bed room, one drawing room, one kitchen and one bathroom. The boss was good, I didn't realize check in time, was very late to arrival Rome, she wait for us to the night. We feel very sorry. Obelus was a really good choice. It`s clean, with a good location. We were 5, in two rooms and we also have a kitchen. We have plenty of space and the beds are confortable. Location is near St. Johns Laterans cathedral, which isn't very central. Google maps was about a mile off. The bathroom wasn't very clean; there was hair in the shower drain and mold on the ceiling. The view out of the balcony looked into an enclosed courtyard. There weren't adequate large vessels to cook. the garbage collector makes his rounds very early in the morning so we can hear the truck since we stayed in the first floor. not really that bothersome but if you are a light sleeper, wear ear plugs or ask for a higher floor. Check time shall be extend, we drive form Firenze. Nothing, for me it was ok. a bit noisy in the morning during working days, early check out (10am). No negatives. With a family of four and sharing one large room,privacy was minimal. Poor kitchen equipment - no wine glasses, old plates, pans and pots. The price was very high for the place we stayed. Small bathroom and shower. We waited a long time to be able to meet the manager and get into the room. The street was busy and loud throughout the night. Old kitchen tools. almost nothing. The bathroom needs some updating, very dated. The lounge/ living area was very cramped for 5 people. Also the description said balcony but there wasn't one. Pillows. My reserved was with breakfast but they did not serve breakfast!!!!!!!!.
