It would have been nice if some tea-towels were provided or some dishwasher tablets. I found the shower a bit narrow.

Fabulous location. It's great to have kitchen facilities, which gives you the option of eating in the apartment. There is a wonderful market one block away, where you can buy fresh food. Also fabulous restaurants nearby, as recommended by the staff at Maison Giulia. We were only there for two days but we felt like natives.

I liked everything. The shower leaked but it was newly installed and someone forgot to caulk. No doubt it has been fixed by now. The included breakfast incuded wonderful pastries and breads. Cappuchino and decaf were available...not made by a machine. And let's not forget value. This place was in the middle of everything and you could really walk to most sites but didn't cost an arm and a leg. I would absolutely return and plan to tell anyone traveling to Rome to stay there. What a find!

Fabulous location, location, staff. Staff placed luggage in apartment (1 cobblestoned block away) while we were sightseeing. Very much appreciated! Very quiet, pretty location. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

We loved the location. It was a 3 minutes walk to Campo de Fiori and an 8 minutes walk to Piazza Navona. We walked to every tourist attraction in Rome. The hotel staff were awesome. Alex and Angela both spoke excellent English and were hospitable. The triple sharing room was spacious with 2 bathrooms.

We would have loved it if they could provide pillows that were not so flat.

The place was amazing, didn't expect it to be that good compared to how much it cost. Great comprehensive facilities: tv, fridge, wifi, blow dryer, etc... Can't wait to go back there!

Couldn't memorize the Via Guilia road by heart and kept getting lost..but it's my problem not the hotel's :)

We moved for our last day to an older room. The roof or piping was leaking VERY! badly.

Very nice and accommodating staff; location was excellent; wonderful breakfast; charming room.

The bathroom- we ran out of hot water early in the morning and the shower was very small with a shower head that sprayed water everywhere.. Perhaps change the shower head? The towel heater wasn't very hot, either. I would also encourage better shampoo, conditioner, etc.

Apt no.2 in piazza di Ferro-very clean, safe, very central...walking distance to Centro Storico and Trastevere (always went to places by foot). quiet, nice staff, supermarket 2 min away, market at Campo Dei Fiori 5min. wifi, T.V..... Recommended to families with children. Had a wonderful stay....

We had the campo de fiori apartment and loved the location! Upon arrival we were greeted and also given a quick but thorough rundown of the city and the best places to eat, attractions and their distances to our location which was a great way to start our planning! As the apartment didn't have lifts, the bags were taken up for us. The apartment was perfect and we had a terrace all to ourselves where we enjoyed a drink in the evening. There are two bedrooms and our girls stayed in the upstairs room which is like an attic and they thought it was very neat! Would definitely recommend this place for families or a group staying together.

Very little hot water, even the second person would run out of hot water. Very noisy, could barely sleep.

We were made very welcome here, and the thoughtful staff made our stay fabulous. They suggested routes for sightseeing, assisted us booking tickets, and provided transfer by car to and from airport at request. The location and facilities are brilliant!

We booked the 2 BR apartment and it was very spacious for a family of 4. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. Location is great close to everything. It is a very good value for your money. I will recommend and stay here again. Try the Restaurant Al Balestrari and you will not disappoint . We also found out that if you order" to go" and eat it at your apartment , it was way cheaper than dining in. It will save u a lot of money. Too bad we found this on our last day.

The location was fantastic. Within close walking distance of all the important sites. The apartment we stayed in was the perfect quiet and cool(air conditioning) oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Location of your stay is everything if you come for a city sight seeing. Possibility to make your own snacking is also quite valuable. very clean and quiet place (and safe as well)

Lovely crisp clean linen ,changed regularly. Friendly helpful staff . Peaceful location. Local shop close by for essentials such as wine, coffee ! . Central location ,easy walking distance of lots of lovely restaurants and tourist sites .

The historical building in piazza capo di ferro. It is close to a couple of areas of the city with good restaurants, bars and good for shopping as well. It is also walking distance to many amenities.

The room used as kitchen can only be used to make a breakfast. The shower should be renovated

We got the two bedroom apartment with roof top terrace. There is no elevator so bringing the luggages to third floor via steep stairs was quite tough. However, it was all worth it once you see the apartment and get on to the roof top terrace.

Steep stairs without elevator. Anyone with knee problem should think twice before booking the 3rd floor rooms. My daughter kept banging her head to the low cealing of upstair bedroom but she actually found it to be fun.

Location near Pantheon, Campo d' Fiori, Piazza Navonne, Trastevere, in small piazza with Museo Spada. Tall Allesandro was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean with character. Staff helpful, carried luggage up and down stairs.

We asked for twin beds on letsbookhotel.com. According to Alessandro and Angela, Booking did not send the information and they were not able to provide for our request for 2 of our party of 4 women in their 70s. Apparently this was letsbookhotel.com's failure and not theirs.

The location is fantastic. The apartment is very modern and clean and the washing machine was a bonus
