1) Good location. Only 1 minute walking to Navona Square. 2) The apartment is very new and quite modern furniture. 3) Well equiped Kitchen with all facilities. 4) All rooms are spacious and equip with flat screen TV. 5) WiFi in the apartment works very well. 6) The staff - Jason is very friendly and helpful. 5)

Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica. The apartment was clean, had wi-fi, a kitchen with plenty of utencils to cook if you wanted to. The bathroom was quite modern, the beds were very confortable. For a 2-night stay it was economical, enjoyable and walking distance to the Hop on, Hop off Bus station and Republica Metro Station. Overall we were very pleased and so were our 3 young children.

The apartment was in a complex with other people who resided there. There was no reception or no one to contact other than email, where were responded to quite promptly. You were basically on your own to discover the city, find taxes, buses etc.

It was almost new. Very comfortable, free Wi Fi , big apartment . The location is excellent

Very noisy!! Until late... And early morning

Location was very central so you can easily walk to Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain but because of this central location it is very noisy early morning and late evening

Great location, just minute walk from the Spanish steps. Spacious apartment, nice atmosphere, we loved it. Real Italian experience. Definitely would recommend it.

The toilet was old dated, but clean. Can't say we didn't like it. But they can renovate it.

We were impressed with our apartment in how modern it was and clean. We hope we will One day return to this lovely place.

No Parking, we had to drag our bags three blocks to the apartment.

The apartment was very spacious. Decorated with cute furniture clearly from ikea. Free wifi. Full kitchen. Close to the metro line for easy access to the city.

There was no front desk since these are private apartments. You've got to be able to figure out how to get around on your own, which was not a problem for us.

The room was beautiful and a convenient walk to most attractions.

Parking is tough in Rome. Take the train!

The service from the staff was 110% Friendly, helpful, spoke great English. Bedding clean, lots of dinnerware etc. roomy apartment.

Great location in Rome, within walking distance to the majority of historical sites. Our on site host, Jason was very accommodating and gracious. Would highly recommend booking a stay here.

What was adverstized and offered was exactly what they sold. There were no surpises, extra payments, deposits or similar. The position of the apartment is superb for sightseeing, dining, shopping, everything.

It was a bit noisy, but it did not bother me.

apps Navona the location is great, 10 min to Vaticano. the host is friendly and helpful. the flat is on 2 floors. bedroom is downstairs, sitting room with 2 sofas upstairs.the fridge is big, oven is good. the kitchen has everything u need. the supermarket is 5 min up via coronari

there is little natural light, the window is small, it's a bit stuffy and dump in the rooms. there isn't enough water for 4 people to shower at one time. the wifi is good but only on the 1st floor

Good location jast near Trevi

The usual apartment in the old Rome house with all that it implies, comfort at least, but the most necessary is. Without a call not to find as it is simply scattered apartments.

Basic style accomodation Hard to find in a very small narrow street with poor sign posting Bathroom facilities basic at best- terrible shower, and whole power point fell out of the wall when using the hairdryer! Sofa bed might as well not have any mattress at all- felt like we were sleeping on the metal springs Old lounge room furniture needs updating Kitchenette tiny Wouldn't recommend this apartment at all- can do much better. It's location by the trevi fountain

The advertisement photos are completely from the furthest truth of the reality of the apartment. If actual photos were shown, few people would book. Very hard to find, entire booking receipt was in Italian and was misleading.

Very uncomfortable sofa bed.no thickness in mattress. Springs felt.no duvet for sofa bed provided. 2 blankets only.buzzer pressed daily @ 8.30am so no long lie. Heating cut out & instructions not in English so difficult resetting.
