Wonderful hotel. Clean, modern and extremely comfortable. Silvia and Gabriele are extremely friendly hosts, and are as knowledgeable of the local area as you can be. Only down side is a small breakfast by English standards, but plenty of continental selection. Website photos are totally accurate, and you will not be let down. We stayed in the room labelled iMovie and found it was easily spacious enough for my wife and I. The hotel is brilliantly located as the Forums and Colosseum are all withi.
all reviews » Everything was perfect for us. Before our arrival we had some problems with our airline and had to arrive in advanced; we contacted the staff who solved the problem. When we arrived, everyone was extremely nice and helpful, and unlike in other hotels, we were offered coffee and something to eat and drink before entering our room; they always treated us like family. The room was just as expected: new, clean and confortable. We had the smallest room and was perfect for us (a young couple). The st. The best hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything like I was at home. So friendly staff and perfect location. Breakfast is excellent and you can see how it is prepared, fresh, tasty and fast. You will get an iPad in the room with fast Internet connection and a lot of necessary apps. Cleaning is excellent as well and the girl who does cleaning speaks Russian. You do the step out of the hotel and you can reach any major tourist attractions just walking. Atmosphere is so romantic and relaxing that it. This place was awesome! It is new, clean, modern and the staff was just the best! The kids loved the iPads in the room and, after two weeks of seeing "old stuff", appreciated the modern amenities. The breakfast each morning was quite a feast. The location made for an easy walk to all the sites. But it was the staff that truly made this place special. Can be a little noisy in the mornings, so no lie ins......... The hotel doesnt have the sign to show, very difficult to find. Nothing to report. only italien tv stations. in the words of Paul Daniels.."not a lot". The room`s door (iZen) opens directly in the cafetteria area (so a bit noisy in the morning). With little time to explore Rome we didn't get to fully enjoy the hotel. Coffee. Quite hard to find, no sign outside the building. Air-conditioning a bit under-powered for a room with a bath in it. Central Breakfast room in communal area into which all rooms enter. Activity and sound here can be heard inside rooms. Breakfast slightly limited hot drinks as made to order by single staff member on request. we booked the imovies room but the sound on the projector did not work which was a big disappointment. On the first morning the drainage on the shower did not work and the shower flooded into the room. Rooms are a little small. Only the breakfast. Room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. One could easily hear the noise of people walking and talking outside. The hotel is very small and has 6 rooms only. The location is on the rooftop of a building surrounded by a large number of small rental appartements . The tenants of the appartement might come late and very drunk sometimes which made us very nurves and worried with sleepless nights.
