You where very helpful with every thing . Our room was vey clean . the breakfast was wonderful so many things to chose from .and the mini bar was a nice extra Thank you so much =). Closeness to the Vatican Museum was top reason for choice. Balcony room, magnifying mirror in bathroom, option to have breakfast and option to have different pillows were pluses.Clealiness, friendly staff.
all reviews » At first I have to mention staff. They were really friendly and helpful all the time. Really wonderful people. Bar / restaurant was also really nice place to go. Good drinks (for example good quality teas), simple but tasty food, excellent air conditioning in reception room and bar. Location was really nice next to Vatican. Bathroom was small, but still ok. Room was very clean and peaceful.Breakfast was good, hotel staff spoke English and were very helpfull .Hotel was close to entrance to Vatican. Nice room, good location, good value (off-season). And like most bathrooms in Italy, there is very little place to put one's toiletries...after all, as a traveler, one is bringing all those things with you so the question is, where to put them? One narrow shelf over the sink is not sufficient.To far from center. The room should have really been bigger (I was alone in Double Superior Room). Also air conditioning should have been more efficient (I was in 6th floor, 31C outside).Very far from the historical center of Rome, very small room, lobby and breakfast room. Nice location for visiting the Vatican, but a bit far from the other historical sites. We booked a superior room for 8 nights, but the initially assigned room was impossibly small, with one of us having to step out of the other's way (or climb onto the bed) to allow access to the bathroom, closet, etc. However, the staff were very accommodating when we requested a larger room.bathroom too small,and air conditioning not powerfull enough during hot summer days. room smelled like smoke. Very small room. Hardly could walk around the bed. The hotel is close to the Vatican, but very far from the historical center of Rome.
