The hotel was close to the termini which was handy, also the staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean and spacious.

Only that there was only 1 english channel on the tv which was cnn, would of liked to have a few more english channels.

Safe, clean, cozy, nice modern room, 1 block from Termini, staff very helpful, 24 hr front desk, all you can eat breakfast

Water boiler in the room (for making coffee, tea). And radio :)

Surrounding of the hotel. Not nice area of Rome. Not safe. Not recomended to go around in the evening alone. But...on the other hand...close to Termini train station (1 minute walk) and easy to find.

Very convenient to Train station and a great base for seeing Rome.

Hotel is very close to the Termini Station. Location was great for sightseeing.

Good localisation - close to all Public transport - bus,Metro, Train

Due to fact it is close to termini - the cleaness of area is not very good

I had had a terrible time with Italian taxi drivers so wanted a hotel close enough to the trains so i could avoid taxis and this hotel was great for convinience

my air conditioner unit broke down and leaked all over the floor. i called the staff and he said this is common.
