Hotel staff was very helpful. Wlaking distance to the main train station and bus stand. The location was perfect for Termini station and central location. The friendly staff and the location near the train and bus station. The location of the hotel is excellent, the district is quite and safe, though near the raliway and bus stations. The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with a variety of hot and cold drinks, ham, cheese and different pastries, cereals etc. My only advice is that they should replace the old-fashioned fans in the middle of the ceiling with more modern air conditioners. On the whole, my sister and I enjoy our stay at the hotel. .

The new rooms were just fine, with good furniture, quite new and modern. It was very close to the Roma Termini station. The breakfast was ok. I liked the look of the room ; it was very modern and clean.Location was very convenient. Staff was very friendly. We reserved a room based on the pictures available on the net but what we saw on arrival was something completely different with no quality whatsoever.nothing other than close to Termini Station. disgusting nobody should go this hotel!!. Sometimes was noise on the street...Every day was the same breckfast... the breakfast. very little space in the wardrobe, without any shelf. Do not take too much clothes! :). The breakfast is very poor - only 1 croissant per person and dry small flat loaf.the breakfast was really poor, it's a shame the even charge for something like that. More confortable bed, it was too rough.Cleaning. A lot of noise could be heard when guests were going or leavingtheir rooms.The breakfast selection was a little poor but that's Europe. Although on my trip to Paris in 2004 they offered cold meats and cheese whereas in Italy they mostly offer cereal, yogurt, bread, croissants and an assortment of hot and cold drinks. Our room was very small and the air conditioning was not very good.We recieved room not in the main building of hotel. It was not far, less than 100 meters behind the corner.Still entrance to the stairwell free, withwout any reception. When You think how many people had the keys of your room during last years doubts about safty appears. smell of smoke in the room. Poor breakfast. the room condition is poor. not recommended. Breakfast looked plastic. 1) Elevator was broken. 2) No phone in the room 3) Shower was a disaster 4) Staff moved us from one room to another one in the middle of stay. 5) Breakfast sucks. 6) Requested extra towels, but it was ignored. Breakfast was the poorest I have ever had in any hotel. Hotel corridors are so narrow that a claustrophobic person may have a panic attack. Most of the hotel staff are foreigners. We had a very small window in our room and there was a huge trash can in front of it. Very shabby bed-linen.The lobby is small and ugly. No phone, no mini-bar in the room. breakfast. The pictures on site have NOTHING to do with reality.The bathroom was very bad. If you stay only for a night or two, and you stay in the room only for sleep, it's ok. But not for long. Almost everything. These aren't real photos of rooms, especiallybathroom. In comfort room We have to took shower almost standing ontoilet...It was very cold in the room (February)....Rude service at maindesk....Old elevator with graffiti as well as in wardrobe...Old and dated. ugly view from the window to the courtyard, lift did not work, tv did not work. the room i booked is toooo hot that i had to change to another 25 euro more room!. Worst experience . We paid 150 euros for a very small room with a bathroom the size of a cupboard where the toilets and shower are sharing the same space,not the one showed on the net .Holes in the sheets, breakfast in plastic cups,lift in repair...When they saw how unhappy we were with that room the next day we were changed to another one better,but they didn't reduce the price. .Dirty room, demaged or destroyed parts of furniture in the hotel room, web presentation doesn ´t collide with reallity. poor bathroom facilities, take shower directly on ground, no tub. ugly and poor room furnitures. very bad breakfast. overall only worth half of the price.Batroom was not clean at all, room was the same. There was hair on the cheese in the breakfast, walls were very thin there was so much noise coming from other rooms, no heating during the day time. ground floor rooms are very noisy, all the rooms are very dirty and dusty, poor breakfest and unclean tables. Change the staff or say to they, to be polite with the guest..and learnenglish, because not everybody speaks italian..clean the Hotel, changethe stairs... Honest and realistic pictures on the internet. More qualified staff. I was allocated to 4th floor but the elevator is not functioning, the TV in the room is not working but the hotel staff refused to replace one. not clean expensive not like hotel dosent have any towels.
