The rooms and common areas were furnished with extreme care, the cosy lobby is adorned with marble floors, antiques, tapestries and a Venetian-glass chandelier. A continental buffet breakfast is served daily in the dining room. The hotel has 16 rooms divided over 4 floors and a breakfast room on the lower level. Some rooms are located in a separate building located next door. The hotel can arrange a pick-up service from the airport. The service must be booked in advance.

The hotel comprises of singles, standard double/twins, superior double/twins, triples and mini suites (for 4 people). All rooms have a private bathroom; some have a shower only while others have a bath/shower combination.

The superior double rooms all face the street and are slightly larger than the standard doubles.

The hotel is located in a Limited Traffic Zone, where only residents and taxis are allowed to enter.

From Rome Fiumicino Airport you have several possibilities of reaching the Condotti Hotel:

By Train:
The Leonardo Express will take you to Roma Termini Station in about 35 minutes. When you get to the Station you can take a taxi or you can take the A line subway, getting off at the third subway station, Spagna. The Condotti Hotel is about 100 yards from the subway station.

By Taxi:
You can get right to the hotel (about 40 km from the airport). The cost varies.

You can also ask the hotel to provide a private car with driver to come and pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel. This services is charged at an additional cost, depending upon the number of passengers and the time of day.
