The staff was extremely helpful. Especially the lady at the reception. Breakfast was very good. Room heating was adjustable and excellent. Durin two week period of my stay, they cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels etc. Internet wifi signal was perfect in the room. Metro station was in 2 min distance. They require 15 euros per day for private parking, but it is not very difficult to find a free public parking place outside. Very good value for the money. For sure next time I will pr.

Great distance from the underground station - great connection to both city centre and Lido di Ostia for beach :) Overall - excellent for a great price, would recommend for everyone! I was positively surprised after all the negatives voices from this page - nothing bad happend to us :). Paid 330 eur for 4 nights. Only 200 meters from Metro station. In my opinion this is the place to be, if you don't want to pay 100eur/night in the center of Rome for a room with shared bathroom. Although we paid for twin room, the room we stayed in looked like triple or maybe "suite". (it was more like 2 rooms actually) Huge, large windows, balcony, 2 flat TV's, sofa, nice bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, including almost all type of coffees. This is an older hotel, elegant in its day, that has spacious rooms, convenient location for travel into central Rome and a budget friendly price. Street noise was a problem for one of our rooms; however, the other room, located on the backside of the hotel, overlooked a garden and was very quiet and shaded. We paid extra for onsite parking, but there is a large carpark just across the street by the bus station. Great value for money! Our room was quite big and very clean. We weren't expecting that because it was a low price hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, all you can eat and there were a lot of options of food. And the Hotel was very close to a supermarket and to an underground. So we could easily move around the city center. We hardly recommend this hotel. The facilities were great, with an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet filled with all kinds of food. The staff was helpful. The room was not very big but as it was just meant for sleep and not an actual stay this was good, very comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The rooms have balconies and airconditionning, both great in the summer. location is very good and safe; there is a small bar and supermarket nearby this hotel that is very helpful for the family travle. The room is clean and the price is lower than other cities. It will take metro (line B) or bus(NO.30) station to city center very easy about 20-40 minutes. Breakfast is very good as well. After renovation the breakfast is served to a very spacious hall and become rather rich compared to the past. If you stay for a longer time (1 week+) each day journet to/from the city centre (about 25 mins to Termini station) can get a bit annoying. Apart from that - no issues :). We ate at the hotel restaurant two evenings (there isn't much choice in the area) and were very disappointed in the service (especially the condescending attitude and inattentiveness of the waitstaff who basically ignored us once our food was placed on the table). The food quality was very average. I would try and avoid eating here. Breakfast was ok. The wi-fi was free but we needed to get the login and password in the reception every time we wanted access. And our bath was leaking water, so the bathroom was soaked. The hotel isn't in the center of Rome, meaning it isn't easily accessible when the metro/bus lines are on strike (which happened to us on our first day). The front-desk man is not very warm; wifi can not be used in 6th floor. the room in 6th floor is attic which is with the very low roof,that always ram my head. Some rooms are quite small. Nothing. No reason to complain ! Everything was great !. I wished breakfast had more salty things like bakon,sausages. It would have been nice to have tea/coffe-making facilities in the room. none. This is only a remark and it was not very disturbing - the wireless internet was based on user/password and each time I closed my ipad the wireless was disconnected and I had to enter the user/password again in order to use the wireless. Also you can not use the wireless internet on more than one device at a time. Design. Had to get a new password for wifi each day and sometimes had to reconnect several times during the day. - absence of free wireless connection: it costs 6 euros for 24 hours - breakfast was not very good - our double-bed room was extremely small, basically only bed fitted in there; that is alright, but I expected it to be bigger, hence the frustration. - walls are very thin, I could hear everything that was happenning in neighboring room (fortunately, they didn't make much noise) - in general, I must say, I've been to many ***-hotels, which have much better conditions than this ****-hotel. Initially a very small room, strongly smelling of cigarette smoke was given, but this was changed when requested without any difficulty to a much bigger fresh room. Lack of information in English. A simple Factsheet giving times of lunch, dinner etc, and also instructions on how to use WiFi would have been very helpful. City tax 3 euro per person per nigjt is higher than the other hotels. it's a little too far from the central of the city and it took time to reach the hotel. Little noisy. The room i was in (504)was very loud and the lights in the restaurant is too much, uncomfortable because everything is open, one has the feel of being in a train station hall!!. No lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, dinners are expensive and little choice of dishes - but it is not very important. No tour desk, No tourist information, Far from city center,. It was situated near to the last station on Metro B line. smells bed indide the room. Two star hotel - small rooms, old stuff, thick walls (noise). I did not like the Emergency door. There are people at night coming inside the door and asking attention by knocking at the door. And slam the door behind them when they are inside. The hotel is not really after renovation as in the description. Its definitely not 4*. Its a bit out of the town, but if you count on half an hour by metro, its ok. Located a bit far from the city center. It takes ~ 20 mins to reach the Laurentina station from Termini by underground + 5 mins by foot. 2. Our room was on the small side and there was only one chair for two people. wifi only for one person. Breakfast was not great. Bit noisy. noisy hotel. The room is small and old. there was one man working in the hotel bar who was very unpolite the first night we arrived we asked him if we can eat at the hotel and said that the restaurant was fully booked and he can not serve us in the courtyard either so first night at rome we walking through nearest area just to find something to eat. this is an unappropriate for a 4star hotel. Hotel looks aged and needs a good refurbishing (although room flooring and common areas have been renovated). Ours and about half of the rooms were really small (I checked the fire escape diagram!). Breakfast is just adequate.
