Extremely friendly and helpful staff. All staff had excellent English. Lovely breakfast with an excellent choice of food. The location was ideal for my stay - close to the Vatican, and it was less than a 10min walk to the metro so access to all the main tourist sights was incredibly easy. The area around the hotel was safe and all streets were well-lit. It was good nice sized clean room. The staff were very helpful with any quieries we had regarding surrounding areas and places of interest.close proximaty to Vatican. Room was small but very clean and nice bathroom. A general tour of rome. The hotel is well located near to the Vatican, and also good shopping and dining. The hotel is comfortable and well maintained. the sink in our room blocked, and the handyman was there to fix it in minutes. The desk staff all spoke good English and were friendly and helpful. even though we were there for only 2 nights, they knew our names and always had a cheerful greeting. Good breakfast too. Location, bathroom cleanliness. Very friendly, helpful hotel staff. Location is close to the St. Peter's Square. Subway is about 5 blocks away. Excellent shopping area. Great local market across the street where you can buy fresh fruits, cheese and bread. Very reasonable prices. clean room with safe for valuables. Location and service was good. Also breakfast was good when compared to other small europian hotels. Housekeeping was excellent. Reception desk staff was also very helpful.great location, airconditioning was good on hot days, and breakfast was included in price. nothing special. only the location was really good. the beds already in the room were comfortable and the king size bed was good. The bathrrom was very clean with good provisions. Location. location. its location. Clean bed and that is all. Location. Nothing i particularly like, the tv had the basic italian channels, which if you dont know italian no point wtching,no room service, paid 7 euro for a small cup of coffe, breakfast was ok, the only good thing about it is the location, the rest dont bother. I don't think the bedlinen required changing daily. The air-conditioning was quite noisy - not a complaint, simply a comment.Lack of available information on transportation around rome, Also mapsand information on the best places to visit. Safety desposit box very tiny.the breakfast did not have much variety. Enough to get you started for the day. Rooms where windows are located towards Via Cola di Rienzo are quite noisy after 6 am. So not possible to sleep comfortable in those rooms after 6 am or before 11 pm.no wireless for computer, no computer access generally. a bit staff. we booked a room for four people but it was only for three. A camp bed was put up which was not terribly acceptable. breakfast. lift out of order, breakfast room poor, reception poor. they wanted me to pay all the five nights as soon as i arrived even before i see my room or go out to find if the location will be good for my visit aim,,,even the way of saying pay in advance or go,,what a strange welcome!!,,,,the recption is soooo bad in furniture not like the pictures,,,the TV in the room was not working good even no english channels,,,no internet in rooms or reception,,. Classed as 4 star hotel but should have been a 2 star. We was given 2 single beds pushed together even though I told them we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The blankets where removed as they didn't fit. Cold all night and couldn't cuddle up due to ridge in middle of bed. Bare electric wires showing next to bed because of broken light fittings. Mouldy bathroom and mini fridge. Hotel is not safe, no luggage room. not a 4 star hotel in my opinion . Rooms small no tea or coffee making facilities .Rooms not like they appeared on website, very small and no views. It's old. Not a 4* hotel.
