The cleanliness of the room was excellent, the novelty and ease of choosing CDs for your room, the lovely decor in the rooms and the helpfulness of all staff, including the manager must be emphasised as this was exemplary. The breakfasts were also impressive and snacks/juice were always available in the lobby area. Staff are very friendly. Good location, within walking distance to Vatican and near the metro. The hotel gave us complementary champagne and chocolates for our honeymoon which really impressed us.

Everything was ok. We liked everything from the staff to the ambiance very friendly and the services were excellent. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet. Peaceful,nice,clean,comfortable,good breakfast,good location. Good location, friendly staff, couldn't fault it.The atmosphere and outstanding room. Near the Vaticano. beautifull and clean rooms, nice people. Very welcoming staff, and definitely the best breakfast of the 5 hotels we stayed at across Italy. Themed room made for an enjoyably different hotel experience. Verry good room , the breakfast was fine and the cd's were great.. 10minutes walk to the metro .Good location to Vatican and Metro. A cozy, fun hotel that met all of my needs. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and overall I had a very pleasant experience at the Franklin!. Friendly staff, the music-hotel idea, the modern impression of the hotel, cozyness of a small hotel, silence, good bed. The hotel is not as far as many travellers had mentioned. Infact the bus stop is really close by and it wud hardly take 10 - 15 minutes or so to reach the colloseum. The vatican was just walking distance and there were many restaurants around.Even when we were lost it was really easy to get back.My ceo enjoyed his stay for business purpose. Though it would be nice tohave the internet matter resolved sooner (he had no internet access fortwo days). breakfast could have more selections. it is a litle far away of the usual tourist way but very close to vatican museums. Promised taxi to pick us up when we arrived didn't materialise but service after that cancelled that minor blip out. We caught the airport bus into Termini and metro to hotel whch was much cheaper and not much of an inconvenience.Perfect, if the rate was not so high... The room wasn't soundproof .It could be more centrally located. Some staff did not understand english so there was a bit of communication problem. The room was very tiny...but then not that bad either. The fridge was a miniature lil thing.The internet matter was not an issue just a comment.
