The room is very comfortable, clean with detalis that make diference. The location is nice, in front of a beautiful church. The girl of the reception speak english and portuguese!

The location is ideal (which is very important in Rome) for anyone who want to reach any historical place in the center by foot. For those who prefer to use the city transport, on Via Nazionale you can catch several busses or simply walk to Termini train station or Repubblica subway station.The hotel is perfect and very safe. (Via Nazionale is a secure street 24 hours).

Tonino was fantastic and very helpful and professional. We were treated wonderfully at this hotel and would stay there again. The location was fantastic.

The construction across the street, which will be finished within a week or so. That was not something that the hotel could control. The internet wasn't working very well for us, and Tonino loaned us his personal computer to use in the room to reach home. He even had a friend look at ours to try to make the connection work for us. He was so helpful and kind. He went out of his way for us.

The staff was excellent.

No lift, but staff took luggage up and down stairs. It is not like a traditional hotel. Difficult to find. Rooms are in two different locations about 4 blocks apart and we had rooms in both buildings.

Tonino, the guy on reception was really helpful and welcoming when Iarrived. The rooms looked like they were recently decorated, everythingwas new and the bathroom spotless. They are situated about 400mtrs awayfrom the pub, on a quiet side street, which was good as Via Nationalewas fairly busy. The pub offered a 10% discount on the food for guestsstaying in the hotel - it was quite good.

new hotel, very clean, excellent air condition (what is really important when you are in Rome), good location (near central train station and just a few steps from metro), large beds, wonderful breakfast and cappucino, friendly staff. If i come to Rome one day, I think i'd stay here again.

there is only one moment - our personal belongings were always moved from one place to another. one day when came to the hotel after it was cleaned we found almost all our things in the wardrobe: lipsticks, brush, showes, trouses... nothing missed, but its kind of strange you know...

Very good for those arriving in Rome by car, cause you can park free on one of those streets. Excellent location.

The Location was great, very central, no taxis needed, safe area, great place for tourists to see the attractions.

The breakfast was poor but considering what i payed for the room i could not complain, staff where not very friendly!

we got a room in a twin hotel, wasnt the actuall room i booked(presumed it was above the pub but was across the street)also there was no heating on in the room and it wouldnt work for the first two nights.Was cold in rome that time of year

Very nice rooms, recently refurbished

This is not a traditional hotel. It is actually an Irish restaurant/pub that also has a number of rooms in the neiborhood. This was not clearly stated. This was however not a big issue for us.

Really nice and comfortable refurbished rooms (but a bit small). FYI: They are not in the same building as the restaurant (a block away). Continental breakfast very good.

Cleaning of the room was very good, but sheets were changed only once in 5 days, and towels were changed after claiming to the manager (we left the dirty ones on the floor and when we came back the maid just left the same ones on the hangers!!!)

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. We had rooms accross the road from the bar (3 minute walk), and they were very quiet. We had been worried that the noise from the bar would be an issue, but this was not the case. The location was also convenient, near Termini station and Republicca metro, with plenty of restaurants and shops around.

Don't touch the Irish breakfast. It is woeful.

Hotel staff very welcoming and easy going. Nice treatment and breakfast.

WIFI was not working, even with the correct WPA password key. That was very disappointing.
