Convenient location for people without cars. Great rate for thelocation. Able to access all historic Rome sites with minimal walking.Quiet with little to no street noise. Friendly and helpful staff. Plentyof hot water and well lit room. Able to reserve a room via the InterNet.

InterNet provider to the hotel was having problems so accessiblility wasnot constant. Room was a little smaller than I have been used to.

The location was excellent.

Breakfast wasn't good at all. Front desk staff were very keen on pushing us to use their drivers to get to destinations. Whe we asked advice on where to go to eat or how to get to a location they kept pushing to order us a taxi - they couldn't understand that we wanted to walk to these places! - the weather was gorgeous and we wanted to experience the city not sit in a car!

The rooms were clean. Reception staff helpful.

The hotel was not a 4* more like 2/3* hotel. The breakfast buffet was very poor, compared to the previous hotel we stayed in which was a 3*.The upgrade rooms were just standard rooms, compared to the English Choice Hotels we have stayed in previously. Had a problem with our standard room, but it was sorted out quickly and reasonable.
