Excellent location next to the Trevi fountain, busy street but no traffic so it had a lovely atmposphere. The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if we return to rome and will recommend it to all of our friends. 1.location very convenient to tourism attraction 2.very clean 3.staff very helpfull 4. rich breakfast with daily suprises.Location was excellent. Within walking distance to all sights. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Just a few steps to the Trevi Fountain and two-three minutes to Parthenon. We had room 201 which was really lovely and spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast in the cellar, which you could also have in your room, free of charge. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite.Awsome staff, great help locating Opera tickets/taxi service/maps,locations of tourist info,dry cleaning/iron service was very quick...great help. Room was clean and comfortable, well worth the $. Location and friendliness of staff stand out for particular mention. Despite being close to major attraction, rooms quiet. Breakfast excellent - food fresh with good selection to suit most tastes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. To serv breakfast until 11. Lighting could be better in room and bathroom. I'm a poor sighted traveller!). No resident's lounge facility meant nowhere to sit/read/rest etc except in bedroom which was quite small.The bathtub was leaking. Every time we used the shower there was small flood on the floor. The bathrooms were small with nowhere to put your toiletries. Also theshower rail was very flimsy and did actually break.They didn't have air conditioning, it only worked the last day. Bed too big for the room, made the room difficult to move around in. staff does not speak english, breakfast was poor. The leaky bath needed fixing!. No hot items for breakfast and no kettle in the room in winter. the matrass of the bed was very uncomfortable. It was not directly accessible to taxi service. The safe was broken in the room and I asked for it to be looked at, butno one came the whole of our stay. The bathroom would flood everytimeyou too a shower. There were no hot drink facilities in the bed room. the only thing we were agreed on was the hotel was not 4star as we understand it the rating. in comparison to a 4star hotel in ireland for example. Service,starting from the basics such as a lobby or meeting area,hot water to wash at the morning,etc.
