First of all - hotel's staff is the most valuable part of my impression. Very interesting design, good location, nice bad, high-tech bath room - everything is available for fabulous staying in this hotel.

Nice and friendly employees...

Breakfest is too poor and very expensive. It is 18 euros. I do not recommend their breakfest.

Loved the location, the staff were so helpful, my room was really comfortable & large. It was really design orientated & luxurious. Will definitely sty here the next time I come to Rome.

Loved the attention of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the room, the size of the room and how it was outfitted, and the location of the hotel.

There wasn't anything about the Berg Luxury Hotel we didn't like.

We really liked that it was in a relatively quiet part of Rome. After a busy day seeing the sites it was great to get away from the crowds and yet the Spanish Steps and Via Veneto were only minutes away. The staff were accommodating and friendly and there were lots of good restaurants close by. The room was spacious and modern in an old building.

The only criticism I would make and it goes for a few other hotels as well is that technology is being favoured over functionality. There were sensor lights in the bathroom which came on every few seconds when you were showering and were annoying. The TV came on by itself twice during the night. We could also hear the piped music outside our room until it was turned off later in the night.

First impression on entering our room was "WOW". The room and bathroom were spacious and extremely clean with edgy modern pleasing décor. We loved the double sinks, walk-in shower with wand and overhead shower heads. Lighting and AC were also modern allowing you to shape the environment to your mood. WiFi worked extremely well. We asked the friendly staff for help a number of times. Each request was handled promptly with a smile.

Food service was for breakfast only and with a limited selection.

The location is great. Steps away from Via Venetto and Boghese Park. It's very modern and spacious. Not what you expect in Rome.

The restaurant/food are not very good and the bar is just a corner in the back of the Lobby. They just don't have enough room. Next door is a great restaurant, I think is called Adriano's, one of the best we tried in Rome

The staff, the location.

A little bit expensive, but I think that's Rome.

We were greeted at the entrance with a very freindly porter who took out luggage , the check in was very smooth , we were up graded to a fantastic suite , the hotel was of very high standard certainly more like 5 * the whole stay was a very enjoyable experience I would definitely recommend this hotel .

There was not much choice for breakfast .

Very nice location 5 minutes walk from Spanish steps; top-notch design of the rooms and common areas; lovely view to Villa Borghese.

Breakfast is very poor, not worth 19 euros; In the morning of Apr 9th there was no hot water (which was promptly fixed though)

The hotel was in a terrific location with very friendly and efficient staff. The design of the room and hotel in general was very good and had a luxurious look and feel.

The only thing that would have improved our stay would be the provision of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
