Like in any other European city, location is the keyword. 90% of what you can see in the city, all historical places are within a maximum of 15 minutes walking distance. The place itself is quiet and very nice, small rooms but who need more than that if you have come to explore the city. If you reside in the separate building, you wan't have to pay the tourist tax of rome at all. This place is fantastic! A brilliant location located down teeny cobbled streets. 10 minutes walk to the Vatican, Campo Fiori, Piazza Navona. I had a terrace room overlooking the rooftops of Rome, it was amazing. Beautifully designed with a shared kitchen and dining area. The staff were super friendly. I want to go back!.

The room was spacious enough, very clean, modern, nice decor, with robes, slippers, and AC. It felt luxurious in a rustic fashion. Right in the centre of the city. Very comfortable and clean, shower was amazing and terrace gave you an insight into living in Rome. Breakfast is in a little cafe beside the guest house which did the nicest coffee and pastries. The map they supply is the only one worth having in Rome!!. Location is fabulous! Near Piazza Navona, in a cute neighborhood. The girls at reception were super nice and very helpful. For 50 €, the room even had slippers and a bathrobe! Very good design. The wi-fi signal in the room could be stronger. Staff were lovely; very welcoming and informative. Room very smart, comfortable and clean. Location of hotel was simply amazing: a stones throw from the coolest bars & restaurants just to the west of Piazza Navona. Thank you BDB!. Great, convenient location, walking distance to everything. Charming, old word building. Location was excellent. Breakfast - too small. There is a critic need to rephrase "Breakfast" terms. Some guests may come from a place where a breakfast is more than just small coffee and tiny croissant. We had to pay an extra 8.5€ to get a breakfast. Stuff were late to open reception, we had to wait 20 minutes in the street... No iron, which was a bit of an inconvenience. If we'd be going out somewhere fancy for dinner it might have been more of a problem. Staff in the cafe weren't friendly but the coffee and pastries were worth it! Would prefer if the main door to the common area closed automatically, but each room off it is locked as is the street entrance so it's not that big deal. Not always someone on reception to help. It was very noisy, between car alarms and people below late at night our sleep was often disturbed. Usually that doesn't bother me, and I get we are in a ver busy loud city. But when you are jetlagged, it is aggravating. The bathroom was cramped with a gigantic jet tub and no shower. I would have preferred a shower, especially with the proximity of the bidet...Let's say it was cramped. poor hairdryer room could have more attention to detail ex cleaning of terrace café for breakfast voucher very unfriendly. The one thing I would most of liked to change was the lack of soundproofing. Something like a drier in a room/restaurant bathroom nearby whined on and off all night and voices of other guests were loud. Earplugs can be used though. Sometimes there wasn't water available . Small staff and they commented on us sleeping in late which I thought was a bit rude. We also heard a lot of noise from the street and the hotel in the mornings. Limited Traffic area Noising by night due to parking Quite expensive. almost every night l have yo fight with the mosquito, it is very annoying. leaving. Breakfast was very basic. It is hard to find place,. No negatives. breakfast was tiny. We couldn't quite get the air conditioner to cool the room as much as we wanted. Breakfast, which takes place in a nearby café. Unfriendly staff, scant breakfast. Poor wifi connection in the room. its so hard to find the hotel, please make the sign if the hotel more visible from the street. Bed in the apartment with the terrase was too hard and a little bit leaning, so that my boy friend and I met each other in the middle og it during the night. Mosquito in november!!!. *Room location... To get to the room we had to walk through a dust clouds, caused by construction works inside and outside the hotel. I think every hotel must warn about such work, caus i definetly would NOT order such room! *Breakfast included ment a drink and cruasant... yea it was very taste.. but not for such money. Rooms was tiny and very noisy because of it's proximity next to the check-in desk. Walls were so thin you could hear everything. Staff is not available 24/7. The room is in another building with no elevators.
