+ Excellent location, close to city centre. + Apartment easy to find, near the main street (via Cavour). + Helpfull, nice & friendly staff. Many thanks for the breakfast in early morning :) + Very clean. We'd got our towels & bedclothes change one time during 5-days stay. + Bathroom wasn't small (as other opinions suggested), but big enough very comfortable. + Teapot & tea & jam & nuttela & crackers in the apartment. + Nice Piazza (square) near the apartment where you could feel real italian lifestyle. + Wifi works excellent.
- One day in the morning we haven't got hot water in the apartment. - Breakfasts were "italian" :) to small and not varied (only croissant, coffee, yogurt and butter). We bought prosciutto/ham and bread to made them more "continental" :)
The location was close to the center, but still a little bit on the side and which some my argue about. Definitely met our excpectations. Comfy apartment with nice beds. Great value for money.

Simple breakfast as expected
Nice B and B. Helpful staff and a pleasant breakfast. Pricing was good for the days we were there and not too far from the Metro which is one stop from the Terminal, so you can get to the major sites in Rome. Very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Several nice restaurants close by as well as take away food. Would definitely stay there again.
A little difficult to find. It's the green door facing the street. Use the arrows on the keypad for B and B Suburbe to call them to let you in initially. A little loud until later in the night because of the fountain that a lot of people like to hang around, but made for a nice place to hangout and have a drink.

The rooms are in an apartment building and access when checking in for the first time slightly difficult.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment which was ideal for a family staying few nights in Rome. The room and facilities are great. There was food and drinks in the kitchen without extra charge and simple breakfast is served in the room. The area is cool and not to touristic and the hotel is watching a lovely small piazza. The stuff was also great.
