The position, and the friendliness of the staff. The location of the hotel is ideal for a 5 minute walk to the water and main square.the reception i got when i arrived was disgraceful. the woman at reception was rude and very unapproachable. i had booked for three nights but my boyfriend missed his flight and i tried to cancel the last night but the receptionist said i had to pay for the room upfront and she said" lady you pay now i don't care if you leave now but you booked for 3 nights you pay".
