19:30 – 21:00 Dinner buffet, water, house wine and soft drinks;
21:00 – 24:00 Open Bar, soft drinks and typical bitters;

Additional costs to be paid on the spot for residence accommodation:

- EUR 30 per person (2 years old or older) per week for light, water and electricity charges, linen & towels;

- final cleaning of EUR 45 for 2 rooms apartment (type for 4 people), EUR 50 for 2 rooms apartment (type for 5 people), this price is per apartment per stay;

- cooking corner and tableware excluded from the cleaning mentioned above, if the area isn't clean the hotel keeps EUR 50 from the deposit;

- Bed and bath linen change EUR 20 per person, only on request;

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required per apartment, the hotel will give it back to the guest at the end of the stay.

A club card for both hotel and residence stays must be paid on the spot, at a cost of EUR 30 per person from 4 years old per week from 31 May to 13 September 2008.

The residence offers rooms and apartments:
119 rooms located in one building, split over 2 floors and equipped with all common facilities. Few rooms have a balcony and others are in the annex with no air conditioning

116 two-floor apartments just 300-600 metres away from the sea; few apartments are located in a very isolated and quiet area and equipped with all common facilities.

The hotel, located on the tranquil creek of Ortano, boasts direct access to the private beach.

Distance from the nearest ports: Rio Marina- 4 km, Porto Azzurro - 10 km and Potoferraio - 30 km.
