We were here in early September on a Sunday evening, so the summer & weekend crowds were gone by the time we arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had car trouble (not due to the hotel) and we ended up needing to book 3 extra nights until our car could be ready(over Easter break). Samona helped us rebook the same apt. AND b/c our car was not done until the end of the business day on the last day - they let us "hang out" in the apt until it was ready at no extra charge! We are VERY grateful for this!
