Superb location, just few steps to beach. There is a swimming pool if you expect crystal clear water. Garage in basement kept car unheated, but require reservation. However I suppose, cars size like Audi A8 could have problem to get there.

We had a studio for three adults. The kitchenette is fully equipped, large fridge. The terrace is large, street view. The bathroom with shower is spacious. It's a self-service facility so bear in mind that cleaning is for you to take care. Good wifi connection. Helpful staff.

The location was well placed with quaint road with lots of tree vegetation on both sides leading on to the high street. Also the idea that the beach was just a leisurely 10 minutes away was nice to know.
Access to a well-stocked supermarket help my family save money as we never ate out and made our own home made meals.

The price was great for what you received. The neighborhood was quiet but close to shops restaurants and the beach, which was included in our package and was wonderful. The woman at the desk was very sweet and very helpful. The free bicycles were a nice benefit. The studio was comfortable, clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed. We liked everything about Residence Riviera.

I loved the location right on the beach. I loved how big the apartment was. I loved the two balconies. One to see the sunrise and the other to see the sunset. I loved that the kitchen had everything you needed. I felt very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and informative. -

The receptionist (Claudia) was extremely friendly and helpful, she made our staying there much more pleasant. The location was perfect close to the beach and to the shops (the bakery around the corner was in particular shop). Rooms were big enough and the kitchenette had everything needed. Everything was clean enough. -

I really want to say a big thank you for the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, apartman was clean and comfortable, well equiped and nice. Monica & Luca are fantastic, always willing to help and guide you in Rimini. Location of hotel is near beach and in the middle of center and part of town were is night clubs. Rimini Fair is on 6 km and is easy to reach by car or bus.
