Very good value for the money, it is located on beach, sea is warm enough in June.Parking is free if it is enough place( at least 15 cars can park),free wifi (we were in 2 rooms and wifi worked only in 1 what was close to modem) Very nice part (not the centre) of Rimini, nice beach, good restaurant on the street corner. Staff is helpful and kind and very cheap in June. Breakfast is quite simple with lot of cakes. Seaview is wonderful from some rooms (eg number 10).
