Good staff, good place.... Very friendly staff and could speak English very well. It is also very well situated and close to the beach front. Very kind hotel staff, good location, tasty fruit juice for breakfast. Actually, for staying for a couple of nights it's ok. But it is not very much close to Rimini center, about 20 minutes by foot, or even more, depends. But it's ok. good location being close to the beach. As there is not enough room below for complaints .More complaints about the hotel was the description of evening entertainment of which there was none. Breakfast very basic. Good lokazization, the beach was near, nice personel, very clean , great breakfastrooms. only breakfast. breakfast coffee was poor. It's a bit far from the centre.The swimming pool was dirty and full of bugs during whole stay. Therefore not able to use this faciltiy. the english level of some of the receptionist was very poor.Drinks were booked to your room number with no signature required. Upon departure, a single amount was added to the bill with no way of checking what had been charged. En-suite was very small, difficult to shower. The "panino"s at breakfast were not always fresh. It would have been good to have tea / coffee making facilities in the room plus more english speaking TV channels. not really because it was good value for the money we paid. Was expecting Turkish bath and gym which were not at hotel but 10 minutes walk away. As i had read in the others reviews and i have experienced it also , the bathroom was so tight and narrow! unfortunately i didn't find the breakfast complete enough.Very noisy during the night, due to the drunk or temper guest. To small room, no refrigerator. Extra bed too soft. Should thing something about the shower inside of the bathroom, it's not very comfortable to take a shower like that.The hotel did not have a beach of its own to use so a cost was incurred to use the beach. The en-suite facilities were very good if you are under 12 but for an adult the toilet and shower were very small and the toilet had nearly half inch of space between the shower enclosure and the wall , this not being bad enough we also had to negotiate a towel rail positioned at the side of the toilet .More. very poor room, poor room's equipment, the bathroom was terrible, swimming pool was very small, on the floor wasn,t any carpet or tiles. I think, the room was ugly. Resraurant was closed. Reception area tatty. Not 3-star standard.

Travelling information

By Train:
From Rimini’s railway station, catch bus number 4 or number 8 northbound and get off at stop number 12. Walk for approximately 50 metres and next to the chemist’s you will find us at number 27 Viale Codroipo.

By Plane:
From Rimini airport, take the state road number 16 towards Rimini. Continue for 4 to 5 km, cross a flyover and follow the directions for Rivabella (Rimini Nord). Once in Rivabella, After 200 metres turn right (if come from north side) or left (if you come from south side) in Viale Codroipo (next to a chemist’s).

From the Forlí Airport: take the motorway for Rimini (towards Ancona), and exit at the tollbooth Rimini Nord.
