  Very good location, staff couldn't do enough for us- very obliging. Extremely clean. - Lady / Manager was a very pleasant lady who helped as much as she could - printing off timetables and planning trips and her english was fantastic

  The hotel is far from the slopes, they don't have a ski bus to take you to the slopes, they only agreed to take us since the hotel was empty and we were the only residents. The breakfast is very basic. I hated that the hotel is small and all employees were aware of every move we make.   We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment in Castello. The location was excellent, especially since we were visiting the Biennale exhibit and both Arsenale and Giardine are close. After traveling for awhile it was nice to have our own apartment. Rocky met us at the vaporetto stop, walked us to the apartment , helped us settle in. He was available if we needed him but left us to ourselves- we liked his style. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
