Excellent location. Very near to water bus station which was extreamly convenient to visit venice and other Islands. Good service , no language issue infact all staff speak english. It was a very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant. The staff were very good and very helpful when needed. We didn't have a car but the walk to the town centre was very pleasant. Bassano is a lovely old town with many attractions.

The installations, in spite of not being luxurious, are in a very good condition, everything is perfectly clean. One extra is that the room has air conditioning, which was absolutely necessary at the time we visited. The location is perfect, right in the center of Villafranca. The personnel were very professional and yet, they made us feel like part of the family. A very relaxing athmosfere, perfect for our holidays. Good value for your money! I would gladly book a vacation in this hotel again.

The location was fantastic. An easy walk to almost everything (if you factored in getting lost because that is part of the Venice experience surely!) Was great to have a supermarket just around the corner for convenience and a boat pier so close for easy walking with our luggage. Communication was excellent from the owners from start to finish. Laura was fantastic with her meet and greet and provided us with fab information about the local highlights. Apartment was warm, clean and comfortable
